On Sunday 10/9/16 @ approximately 4:10pm, I went to this Popeyes. I was excited because it is located across the street from my home. When I arrived there was a gentleman and a lady waiting to place their order. There were two female employees at each of the 2 registers but only one was taking orders. The either one stood there as if she wondered what day of the week it was. Behind her were 5 employees and 2 managers. They were all gathered near the side dishes talking. None of them noticed that I and now others were in line waiting to place orders. Also another gentleman walked up and told one of the employees standing around that his drive thru order was missing the macaroni and cheese he paid for. The employee said okay and left. After around 3 minutes a young man approach the cashier who was not taking orders and ask her why. She smiled and said "Im not supposed to be on the register". Then she giggled as if he was a rock star. He then asked her to step aside and proceeded to take my order but when my order was finished, he neglected to give me a cup for the drink I ordered. I had to wait another minute in order to get someones attent o n to give me a cup. Next I went to select my drink but found the only option to on available was lemonade. All other selections were not available. Meanwhile, the gentleman with the missing macaroni and cheese had to ask for it a second time. Further, there were an additional 2 employees hanging around the waiting area with her no clear purpose. When my food finally arrived, it was left on the counter with no "thank you" or "do you need anything else"? As I was leaving I saw a table of about 4 employees in the seating area laughing and talking loud. My order was prepared correctly and the food itself was good. However, the customer service is awful and I will not be returning. There were too many immature teenaged employees working and the managers working were clueless.

I have been visiting since the day it opened. The first time I went my food took a while to come out but I understood it was new and thought they would get the hang of it, but every time I went back the food still took too long and they were always out of something. Tonight is the last time Ill be visiting the food like always took too long. You order at the drive through and they ask you to park, theyll bring your food out. About ten minutes go by and my husband and I are the only ones there waiting. More cars start arriving, all being told to park. Finally after at least 20 minutes someone comes out gives the food to the first car he sees and goes back. At this point my husband has been ready to ask for our money back but I convince him to wait a little longer. Then more food comes out, not for us though and its already been 30 Min. Then we realize they gave our food to someone else. The process of getting our money back was even more repugnant. No body cared, we were greeted with attitude straight from the manager it seemed. My husband lost his last drop of patience when the manager kept complaining between her teeth and on top of that refused to give him his debit card back, offered to take our license plate instead. Sorry for the long post but rest assure Im wont be back to find out if that place gets any better.Good luck on your visit.

Seems the place is still trying to get itself planted. Overall, a very normal fast-food experience. The place was clean enough. Lots of families there on a Saturday night, with some middle-school-aged kids having the run of the place. Food was good enough. My fish had to be replaced as the first order of it was either overcooked or sat too long. They happily replaced it with freshly-cooked food and that was great. I will say that, as like most of my experiences of Popeyes anywhere lately, that they do seem to have trouble with predicting how much product to have on hand. Seemed to be running a bit short on things it seems as I listened to others place their orders. This store does have one of those new Coke machines where you can select your own mixes freestyle. Well be back. Our previous lunch trip seemed better overall than this latest Saturday night run.

I was recommended this place from California, and we were glad to open a place of these 5 minutes from my house, here in Tolleson, Arizona, is the second time I go to this place today September 29, 2016, I came back because I liked the chicken flavor, but the attitude of the general manager is not nice, its nothing professional name CECILIA Covarruvias rather the cashier puts the sample, did me wrong the transaction and did not even apologize, let alone say hello to when trying to help the cashier, I looked at time point that I ordered different chicken flavor it did not seem and continued his arrogant attitude, how to give this charge to people who are not prepared to be customer service They must have drivers that are very professional, not people like CECILIA Covarruvias.

This location SUCKS and the employees, along with the manager, are VERY unprofessional. They took over 30 minutes to prep my order and I got home to find a hair in my "fresh" chicken and hockey pucks as biscuits! So when I arrived and told girl #1 I needed my money back bc of the issue, she went and told girl #2 and they went and told girl #3 and eventually the manager was part of the gossip but by that time I had lost my patience. I opened the box of chicken and attempted to pull the hair out (but couldnt) bc it was cooked into several pieces. Save your time & save your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. P.S. as all this is going on there was a dude to my left waiting a while for his coleslaw that they forgot in his order

Today went through the drive up window, I know thats my first mistake.. anyways Ive order the #3 and never was given an option of size oh well no biggie, until I open the combo box, wing was a crispy bone no meat and thigh was soggy as well as the breast and it reminds me of KFC crispy chicken always soggy so Im guessing the KFC employees went to work there and carried the habits to Popeyes, Louisiana home stead will not be pleased how this new facility is being ran, anyways my food is in the parking lot for animals to eat since it was pretty trash from the get go, and of all things been sitting under the warmer way past its time. I am a food critic and a retire cook. Needless to say I wont go back.

I was hesitant after reading reviews, but I love Popeyes chicken so I decided to try this location. I went on Friday the 4th of August for lunch at 1pm. I was greeted by a friendly employee, who greeted me with a smile, she took my order, I had special instructions, she grinned as I explained, and never missed a beat. My order was out in a very reasonable amount of time... and exactly as I ordered! I went to the dining room, and every table was sparkling clean, and left a very favorable impression. After a pleasant meal in a clean environment, I thanked the manager for a great dining experience, and departed... I WILL be back again.
