Drive thru order screwed up AGAIN! Ordered mild 2 piece leg and 2 thigh with biscuits. Got 5 piece chicken with only one leg and the rest wings, breast. Also got the wrong receipt. From previous experience, we pulled off the side of road and checked out we received the wrong order. Went inside to approach manager. Two small garbage cans and a wash tub were sitting right on the counter next to registers. Seriously!!! Explained to manager about the wrong order. Was told it would take 20 minutes to cook mild leg and thighs. I asked for my money back. Manager didnt seem to care and neither were the rest of employees. Sadly, the Midvale Popeyes has screwed up my orders in the past. I love the chicken but orders messed up almost everytime and lack of concern from employees will keep me away for good. Several other places to eat in Midvale. DONT waste your time and money. Very disappointed!!!

This store is habitually failing at most levels of customer service. While busy (and thats good for them), they constantly fail to get my orders correct and seem to rush to try and fix it which causes more issues. They dont slow down and operate with co-operation and on occasion it sounds like they are fighting each other. I want to like it, because when the food is done right, its great! That doesnt offset the fact that it feels as if Im always waiting 30 minutes or more to get my correct (and sometimes it never results in a correct) order. If you go, be prepared to approach the counter more than twice. If youre taking it home, make sure youre verifying the order in front of them. EACH and every item. Otherwise, its a waste of your time and money. You cant "forget" a large side. You cant do me a favor by giving me a pie and still forget to give me my complete order that I paid for.

My boyfriend and I usually go here once a moth or so after going grocery shopping. Service prior to this experience has been great, but this time it was pretty terrible. Staff was nice and I know it was busy because it was around dinner time. We were not expecting to wait 30 minutes to get a small to go order (I had 5 piece tender meal and he got boneless wings) so we waited and watched multiple people receive their orders before us. I went up and asked about the order and was just told that they were working on it. Ok fine. We finally get our food and once we got to the car we checked our order and there were items missing. By this point my boyfriend returned the the order and we got our money back. No one really seemed to care. Not even management. Not sure if we will be going back next grocery trip.

Usually I wouldnt take the time to write a review but good God was this place atrocious. My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and the service was awful. They messed up every order in front of ours as well as my order. I normally would have said something about it but a lady who was angry with the staff was already at the counter yelling at them. On top of this, they were painfully slow and didnt communicate with customers at all. It was also incredibly dirty. Almost every single table had crumbs or left over food on them. After all that, what little food I actually did eat from this crappy establishment gave me a stomach ache. I wouldnt recommend going, and I know I wont be going back. Dont waste your time. Go to KFC instead.

We were not happy with this particular Popeyes. We went around 8:30 through the drive Thru, the girl behind the speaker messed up on so much of our order. We wanted tenders, 2 large mashed potatoes, 2 Large Macaroni, 12 biscuits, 1 Dr Pepper, 1 Lemonade and blackened ranch. She put on the ticket tenders, 12 biscuits, 2 macaroni, 1 strawberry Fanta, 1 Dr Pepper and Barbecue sauce. She seemed annoyed when I said I would wait for the macaroni to be done and I had no problem pulling forward. I wouldve preferred the Strawberry Fanta over the Orange Hi-C she gave me. The person at the window was not friendly. They just need to be trained a little better here. There are other Popeyes that are worth the drive and the money.

Im only giving it one star because theres no option for zero. Dont know how the food is because I was waiting for 15 minutes and no body took our order. Its not like they are short staffed because there were two employee preparing order, one employee sweeping the floor, and who knows how many in the back. Apparently sweeping the floor was more important than taking our order and one of the employee just left all together. I asked if someone is planning to take our order and no body bothered to answer me. The man in line behind us even walked up and knocked on the counter, still everyone was just kept doing whatever they were doing. NEVER going to this place again.

Popeyes has the most hilarious and equally anoying dinning room tunes Ive ever heard at a fast food chain. That aside the food is more than acceptable for the shortcomings of the chain. Ive sampled both the seafood and chicken sides of this place and was delighted. The sauces for the tenders are actually a cut above with a real zing when you have spicy chicken. I had to wait a good 15 min for the chicken to cook but as an appoint they gave us two free drinks and two free desert pies. I took the pecan and mud pies. The pecan was decent and the mud pie had a chemical taste to the filling. The gesture was nice, thats the kind of thing that keeps me driving over there.

We went there last week and were very disappointed. Average food at best, poor customer service, order inaccuracy (took 3 trips to the counter), my food was cold, (like not cooked vs cold while I was going back and forth to get the order right), employees who appear not to care, one drink machine almost completely out of syrups (very few options available) and very dirty dining room. The person who appeared to be the manager talked to the employee getting my new chicken, so I think he was aware of the problem, but never said a word to me. Will not be going back.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service and preparation!!! Placed an order thru the drive because they closed dine in (with advertising say they should be opened, also more the 15 guests inside eating) Was told it would be 5 min wait, for mild tenders. Okay no big deal right? Try 23min wait before any food came out, and we were left in the parking lot - not one person came out saying they were working on it. Asked for ranch for dipping, hahaha ya right - they are out, AS well as 2 other sauces!!! By far the worst experience I have EVER seen with any fast food restaurant!!

My husband and I enjoy Popeyes resturant and its selections; however, tonight, 9 Dec 2016 @ 5pm we made our order through the drive through. Made it to our residents, 4705 S 900E to find out that we didnt have our full order; only one meal. After working 12 hrs, with variety of people plus dealing with holiday and shift traffic, I was pretty perturbed to find my discovery. Neatless to say, I am not returning tonight to get my order or ask for a refund. I am asking for the establishment to put a little more effort in customer service.
