Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the food was good! Everything else was horrible! I went yesterday 6/23/17 and idk what the hell is going on there but the AC is either broke or they had the heat on! I was literally sweating while trying to enjoy my food! Customer service was lacking...I was standing at the counter waiting for someone (as they all stood there doing nothing) while the manager (I think he was a manager African guy) was yelling at the employees that they were giving too much food to the customers! He said "oh boy you guys are putting too much food on the plates do I need to retrain you all?" Very unprofessional in front of customers. And both damn tea containers were empty thats why I was waiting at counter to get them to refill the tea. Well the food was good but I cant come back here unless they fix the AC or Ill be going through the drive thru!

This place is gross. The chicken was very dry. The guacamole is like watery soup. The flavor has my stomach nauseous in knots. My friend that was with me said the same thing about her chicken was dry. She didnt eat her food and I couldnt stomach mine. I brought this up to the girl and she offered me a 20% for next time. I said that there would not be a next time. This place is gross save your money go somewhere else.

Had six piece chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw to go. Husband had chicken fajita burrito to go. Firat, please include napkins and utensils in a to-go bag.took about ten minutes to make. Fabulous chicken tenders and fajita. The coleslaw was more similar to Kentucky fried chickens style but a lil more bland but very fresh. The fries are good but bland a bit. Service was pretty decent so overall three stars.

This used to be one of my favorite locations to go to although I just picked up some food from there and noticed that it came out to $15 for a burrito and two tacos so then when I mentioned something to the guy at the front he said sorry if you want a free drink didnt offer me my money back or anything so tomorrow I will be calling the manager and well see how far that goes but very disappointing none least

They had run out of the family meals when I went but the manager named Luis made up for it by giving me a discount and giving me a brownie! They genuinely felt bad that they ran out of product so close to closing and provide excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back for another excellent experience and their delicious chicken burritos!

Horrible burritos even if you ask for a certain way to be made, (because your allergic to a certain ingredient) you always get it the way they want to make it. Plus customer service through drive through seems irritated and impatient. It doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Quite good, for a chain. Fresh and tasty. Their salsa bar for fixins is superb. Their counter staff struggles to rise to mediocrity: order away from the presets on the cash register, and you might as well have handed them a GRE.
