Wow I hated chick-fil-a for the past 2 months going from previously eating there 40+ times a month to Never ever after 2 months ago, the location near me started suffering in food quality. I lost so much money to 10+ order where I got batches so terrible of ruined food that I never ate there again and I just assumed I got tired of it because I ate there so much. Yesterday I got a sandwich again expecting it to taste really bad again but after taking just the first bite i instantly realized the other location just ruined the food and gave me bad batches the last times. I think it was an honest mistake there made by maybe a new employee or the manager maybe doing something wrong with storing the food or the supervisor directing the food to be prepared in a manner that ruins it. I dont know but I lost a lot of money the last 10 times it happened and I then would think chick-fil-a was just disgusting and bleh and that maybe their chicken wasnt all that good as I thought ( I really did like the food cause I did actually eat there like 40+ times a month so no exaggeration there). The sandwich i ordered from this location was really really good just how I used to like it and I would definitely come here to eat again 10 miles away vs the one 2 miles away from me cause of how bad theyre messing up something. I really hope they can fix it cause Id love to eat there again, this is literally all I ate for some months haha. I love the real chicken or if its pressed Id be surprised. Its got that natural looking, kind of "stringy " linear looking chicken when it tears from a bite vs other disgusting fast food when you can see the mashed "grains" of chicken mix in each bite that was crushed together with a machine at other fast food places. Only chick-fil-a makes every burger that good. If you guys could somehow afford to make that chicken into a sandwich for a dollar menu.... you would easily make like billions every 10 years... per single location! And I bet foreign countries would love your guys high quality food. Anyways I really hope the chick-fil-a near me somehow accidentally fixes anything wrong they might be doing with the food so I dont have to come here! But I actually will now if Im hungry

For the most part people always real or super nice, however thats the last thing I care when I go to a fast food, first time I got a chicken sandwich it had pickles(I hate them) my bad I didnt pay attention to the menu, 2nd time I got the same this time I mention NO PICKLES well no pickles on it but it had the strong taste on it, I did work in a restaurant and Im sure they put them on than remove them leaving the taste on it, well there WAS a 3rd time and last one, I order again the same sandwich I mention no stupid pickles like 3 times, I got my order and no sandwich!!! so Im like, you forgot the chicken sandwich, now with bad attitude she kind of ask some one for it, gave me the sandwich, got home and heey no stupid pickles yet nothing else! just a piece of chicken that is not the one on that order in a simple kids bund! I was sooooo piss, but hey my business may not be super but to me means a lot, I just not going there any more, done deal!

I went there a couple of days ago to get some shakes for my family. A family member was at the hospital awaiting some very serious surgery. What the girl at the drive-through did for me was incredible. You can tell how great a company is by the people who work there. The corporate culture infiltrates down to the staff. You can bet that if youre being treated well its because of management. If youre not, you can blame management as well. Keep up the great work Chick-fil-A. I am thoroughly overwhelmed at the unbelievable service I received at such an emotional time.

This was my first time attending Chick-Fil - A and I will not return. The women that took my order was extremely rude ; impatient and was rushing. I said I needed a moment due to the fact Ive never been there and she just rolled her eyes impatiently and didnt offer to help. As a team member at a fast food restaurant my manager would find this extremely uncalled for. & when I was given my food it was cold and didnt taste well. Then one of my friends had filled out the survey for a free sandwich and was helped by the same women and was disrespectful once again.

, clean restaurant friendly staff but the sandwiches do not compare with the Chick-fil-A on 83rd south of Bell I dont know why there should be a difference but there definitely is a difference the one at 83rd south of Bell as excellent sandwiches that taste like chicken should taste and the British pressure and its just like going to an altogether different chain of restaurants I would not go back to this one because the food just did not have the flavor that I expectedI

Chik-Fil-A is eating a hole in the burger market and this new location close to a major hospital makes it easy to see why. Clean, friendly employees provide prompt service. This location has the added benefit of not being an utter madhouse, as well. Yet. The food was spot-on, as always, the seating arrangements are comfortable, the car court for the kids is cute, and this should be your go-to as soon as you get that nasty gash sewn up at Banner Health hospital.

I was completely shocked by the customer service at this particular Chick Fil A. I ordered my food, found a seat, and waited maybe five minutes before the cashier came rushing to my table with my food exclaiming, "Im so sorry for the wait!" I was so confused! She gave me a free meal coupon for my next visit. I felt like I didnt deserve it, but accepted her kindness. Chick Fil A does it RIGHT, people, and this location does it REALLY right.

I always love Chickfila...had a couple issues with this particular Chickfila and the owner personally and promptly made it right! Only other thing is, I wish every chickfila would open at the same time. I showed up here when they first opened expecting them to open at 6am like most other, only to be sadly and confusingly disappointed that they open at 630am and had to wait around...but always worth the wait!

I was here yesterday with a few co workers.. Had ordered our food but had accidently forgot one of our orders.... Just for waiting a long period of time the manager complimented us with free coupons for lunch and breakfest! And gave us each peach shakes!! Have you tride it yet? Its amaizing by the way! Thats what i call customer service!! Love it here!!

Recently ordered a Grilled Chicken Club with Colby Jack and Bacon w/ no lettuce and no tomato. Everything was fine until it actually got my sandwich. It had no lettuce and tomato, but they removed the Cheese and Bacon and so it was only the Chicken and the buns. It was like ordering a chicken sandwich but it costed 10$!! Outrageous...
