As a former Employee for this piece of shit franchise, I can tell you that they could care less about team members. The manager at this location Muhammad Islam is the crumbiest human being I have ever worked for. If your not workin how fast he wants you to he stresses you out and calls you worthless and stupid. Nobody should have to go thru that when theyre Tryna better their lives, and it took them 2 1/2 months to pay me and I still havent received my paycheck for the other 10-14 hours I worked before he fired me for no reason. I dont recommend ever eating at this location cuz Muhammad only cares about money , I would know I worked with the man for almost two years.

Horrible customer service, wish I can give them zero stars. We placed our order and after 15 min waiting we tried to go inside to get a refund and they closed the doors. Went through the drive thru to get refund and you can see they were just joking around inside. We talked to 3 people and none of them knew how to issue a refund. We had to wait another 5 mins to wait for the so called manager to come back, as she was outside talking with friends. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She threw back my card with the receipt without looking at me, while talking about us to the other employees. Our first and last time there. Avoid this location at all costs!

This is truly the nastiest and most filthy restaurant Ive been in! Filthy floor in dining area, dirty cleaning bucket on counter, flies everywhere. There were only four people in building, two orders, we wait for our order, since we ordered the shrimp box I didnt trip about the waiting time. 10 minutes past, an infestation of flies later, the employee comes out and ask were we waiting for an order, they lost our ticket. "for real"? Only four people in dining area. Im also going to place a complaint with corporate. If I owned this place, Id have to invest in better customer service, cleaning, and management!

The two ladies working the drive thru need to be fired. Horrible customer service. I wrote a lot before but it all got deleted!!! BUT SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO HERE!! I tried adding a drink to my order and the lady looked at me as if I just asked her to make 60 pieces of chicken... no I wanted a drink!! Then I proceeded to check out and asked for honey mustard. She then hands me honey! (What the...). Then she said they didnt have and the other one had just got on their cell phone.. I paid and left. DO NOT EAT HERE until those girls are FIRED!!!!

This popeyes suck!!! Its run by a group of retard high school students who dont know what the hell there doing! I had to drive back 5 miles because they forgot 2 of my large sides which I paid 23.99 for! Yeah, its my fault for not looking in the bag before I left. my bad, I thought popeyes was better than your typical mcdonalds. And when I got there I went inside and stood behind two other customers that had food missing from their orders! This popeyes sucks and my family and I will never come here again.

This will be the last time I ever come to this popeyes. Evetytime I come they say 5 minute wait, and it turns out to be a 20 - 30 minute wait. They always run out of food or drinks. They like to close early. I understand there are closing hours, but they like to be out of the door at closing time. After finally waiting for so long, they bring you a messed up order. All the employees are very rude.

Horrible service. We ordered our food and told us that we couldnt pay cash we had to use a card when the people behind paid cash. Ordered popcorn shrimp, which usually other places give us sauce for them and not this time. We didnt get our biscuits, it took us about 30 minutes to get our food. Seemed like it was their first day or something. Chicken was good but the service was just awful.

Horrible service. The chicken was dry. They were out of Hawaiian Punch. And Strawberry Fanta. We went through the Drive Thru and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. And on top of all that, they forgot my beans and rice. WORST POPEYES EXPERIENCE EVER. Oh and as Im writing this, my girlfriend found out they gave her shrimp instead of the catfish we ordered. Just tragic..

By far the worst place to go to. At least this location. The employees were very rude. We had to wait another 10 minutes. The chicken ended up being cold anyways. They over filled our drink and made a mess. The potatoes had very little to almost no gravy as if this was a joke. They didnt pack any napkins or any utensils. Terrible terrible place.

Drive thru last might 9:12 p.m. keep repeating the order wrong...drove around to go into lobby and they turned the lights out and told me they were closed..awkward and weird. Seemed like they were playing games and stalling so the could close. What Popeyes closes at 9:15?why didnt they just tell me they were closed instead of playing games?

Theres no napkins or any condiments out the manager get a attitude when you ask for napkins he is horrible. Yeah its pretty bad, i had to stop in to order, and decided to use the restroom, i can say it saved me!!!! Because the way it looked and how it was kept, was very bad THEY HAD NO SOAP!!! RITE NEXT TO THE SOAP DISPENSER STATES.......... EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS!!! THATS WHEN I KNEW GTFO!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Three pieces of skinny, thin chicken so far passed their keep window it was like jerkey. Dining room had trash all over the floor and one large window pane with a huge crack, unrepaired. Coleslaw cups were 1/2 full. I couldnt even eat my third piece of chicken because i couldnt chew it. I wont be back.

Try to order and the drive tru guy told me it will take time Ill let him know ill wait no response and he when out side to chat with another employee, saw me still there, walked back in and playing dumb asking me the same question and never realy take my order so I took my business elsewhere

Over all review is true about the bad service. They take the wrong order, overcharge then give you the wrong food sometime missing item too. Wondering who should be fire the manger or the staff. This review is based on several bad experiences with this restaurant.

Ordered 3 piece dinner, to go. Planned to eat at park. Asked that one piece be spicy. Received all 3 regular, no napkins and no utensils to eat the Coleslaw. The counter girls were busy talking amongst themselves to get the order correct. Last time we eat there.

Lazy boring workers and was filthy.. Food on the floor and paper.. The food tasted fine but i most likely will see to it that an inspector comes too make sure its clean. Popeyes is a great place but employees who arent dedicated makes it look bad..
