If I could give zero stars I would. This place was either understaffed or just run by incompetent people. I ordered an all beef hot dog that came out roughly the same color as a rotting corpse. When I brought it to the attention of the car hop guy, he just looked at me and said he doesnt eat hotdogs here and took my hot dog and walked away. I assumed he would send the manager out or something but no, they brought out a "new" hot dog. This looked like the same hot dog but on a different bun so I tore it open. On the inside it was red like a normal all beef hot dog but the outside was a greenish brown color which did not look normal to me. So I pushed the button again to ask for a manager but got no answer. After pressing the call button another 3 times I ended up getting out and walking inside to talk to the manager. He was less than pleased that I walked in and offered up something else. I ordered popcorn chicken. What can they do to popcorn chicken? You would notice spit or anything like that but I was mistaken. When I opened the box, every piece of chicken looked as though they had stomped on it and put it in the box. Needless to say, they now have popcorn chicken littering their parking lot. I recommend not visiting this establishment. You might come home with the Hershey squirts and a bad taste in your mouth.

Worst fast food experience in my life. The order took at least 4 times to get right. They forgot our fries and tots with all our 3 meals and brought us the wrong flavor milkshakes, and forgot one burger on the order. Then they brought out only one tater tot and forgot the 2 fries again, Then they sent the manager out who brought us the wrong burger that was missing along with the 2 fries they forgot twice so far on the order, then finally the correct burger arrived with the correct milkshakes. It took over 30 minutes to correct our order multiple times once they brought the first items of the incorrect order to the car which took 30 minutes also. So an hour total from the time we placed the order. Food was cold by the time we all could eat and had our complete order. Manager came out and was no more helpful then the guy who took our order in the first place, who said he had no training taking orders. They were not busy that night either. Zero customer service skills from the guy who claimed to be the manager. Will not go back or recommend to others. Very disappointed with the service and was honestly nervous to eat the food at this location since the workers and manager lacked any basic training. Who knows if the cooks are as bad as the customer service team.

I came here on my 15 min break. Bought 1 sandwhich. They gave me a different sandwhich and my receipt was correct to what I ordered. They gave me attitude talked down to me and acted like it was a chore to refund me. I wont get my money till after the holiday weekend that they were quick to take from me. I even asked for a gift card and they wouldnt budge. So there solution to me not being able to enjoy my lunch, actually hated and didnt eat the sandwhich, is to refund the exact amount. Ok that would have worked if I was still there and still at lunch. Now i lost lunch and had bad service and you dont offer anything to make ot right. Their incorrect procedures make me not want to visit this specific sonic ever again. And feel this prolly isnt the only mistakes they made. Maybe preparing food isnt proper as well. The manager GUY, I hope gets fired one day no customer support skills. Anyways I went mcdonalds and received a cheaper yet more quality meal. And they got it right!

I sat there for 15 min on my work break to get a Small Java Chiller and Medium Cherry Limeade. After waiting there for so long i left and decided to call them back once I got to my desk. When i called the manager on duty apologized for taking so long and stated that he was "Short Staffed"..... PEOPLE!!! every workplace you go to your shortstaffed no matter where you go, so if you cant use time management well then quite, plain and simple. Dont go to this Sonic if your in a rush to get somewhere, they might just make you later than your supposed to be.

Went here twice. The first time it took them 10 minutes to make only 3 dollar menu burgers. Yes, I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes, I would have driven off if it wasnt for the fact that I had already paid for the order. The second time, the girl was rude, and messed up my order. It was again, only a route 44 drink and a sandwich. Not a complicated order. The Sonic in Tempe is a lot more accurate and friendly, so I guess Ill be visiting that one for now and wont come back here again.

Came here on Halloween for the 50 cent corn dogs. Ordered 3 corn dogs and 2 drinks. It took them 25 minutes to get it out. I knew it would be a little while due to the deal and holiday. (You would think they would be prepared for it) So I expected to stay there and eat, when we finally got our food, they apparently had ran out of ketchup. Which then led us to have to wait to get home and eat, so of course the food was cold by then.

Pulled in at 10:15 on a Friday night, and there were only two employees working. It took about 5 minutes for them to respond to take our order, and after that it took over an hour for our shakes to come out. One of them was the wrong flavor as well. Not sure if this is normal for this location, but this experience has made sure I will not be returning to this one.

Messed up my order in the drive thru, re-ordered at the stall and the little girl came out with a straight attitude. The only words she said was "chicken dinner?" I said yes and she said "That all?" And walked away. The food was dry and burnt .... the tots were orange... Thats Mesa for you.

Love the food. But the service is terrible. I probably wouldnt keep coming back but we love sonic and its literally around the corner from my house. But this location needs to step up their game. Its sad really. Missing orders messing up orders. Constantly.

So I went in there on the 28th tonight right before closing time and a African American male worker wearing glasses was one of the nicest workers I have ever met he definitely deserves a promotion and I will make sure to spend more time there often

Every other experience has been great but this time it took almost 7 minutes for them to punch in the order for us. Then they forgot our drink when they brought the food out and just seemed like they were really annoyed with us.
