It really doesnt seem like this restaurants goal is to make money. This review is based on 3 different visits and each time got worse. Wow, avoid this place unless you want to wait 20- 30 minutes only for them to tell you they either need more time or are out of what you want and try to get you to substitute what you ordered for something the employees dont have to prepare. It really seems that its a combination of the employees teying to avoid work and the owners not stocking the restaurant properly. Doors locked during business hours Drive thru not working with a "Temporary Out of Service" sign. Its been like this for months. 20 minutes for fast food. I even told a manager about previous experience there (while waiting 17 minutes for plain grilled chicken and she said things were changing but just after I saw her substitute someones order. And that person was already there and waiting a long time when I came in. Ive also seen employee tell a customer to wait because they had the important job of sorting condiment packets. 10 minutes later he was still sorting the packets with a customer standing there waiting to order. This place is a joke and Im pretty sure its illegal to have locked doors in a restaurant durring business hours.

There is never enough staff. They are out of many items on the menu. Popular items on the menu they are either out of or they are defrosting. The staff is friendly. Long wait time. Was there on the 4th of July. They were out of 5 things. Its funny how a multimillion-dollar food chain can be out of food such a disappointment and waiting 25 minutes I finally got my money back. I ended up going down the street to Dominos Pizza which is excellent the staff are very friendly very efficient the food is great Professional Service highly recommend going to this location. And when I asked the manager at Taco Bell they did not know who their area rep or manager was or their phone number hope they dont have an emergency where they have to contact him because they wouldnt be able to get ahold of anybody also I think the health department needs to visit this location

If I could give this taco bell 0 stars I would. This taco bell has always had bad service but this experience in particular was especially horrendous. When paying for our oder through the drive through with our 5 year old Labrador retriever in the back seat, the female staff member named Tori said "if it was up to her she would kill all the dogs in the world". Now Tori may have the right to her own oppinion, but I have the right to not eat at an establishment who hires people so blatantly ignorant. We love dogs and all animals! The animals in our home are considered family members. We talked to the managers the next day and they were super professional and took care of the situation very well. We really appreciated it.

HORRIBLE! I stopped by here yesterday and it took 15 minutes to order THREE fire-tacos. And, by that, I mean it took the 15 minutes to make me 3 wrong tacos! I got regular tacos instead of fire ones! UGH! The guy (2 people) ahead of me finally requested a refund after 30 minutes. (He got his $14+ back.) While this refund guy was there asking for his money, there were FOUR employees standing around the register. WTF!!?! I have THREE F-ing tacos. Give me a break. How long should that take? --- Sidenote: I have to admit that I think that 1/2 the problem is that the drive through line OBVIOUSLY gets priority. So, if you are gonna go here, do the drive through. Do NOT go inside. UGH!! FRUSTRATION!

The location on 186 E Murray Holladay Rd is the WORST location. I cant imagine why its even still open. EVERY time I go to this location, I get told they are short staffed and the wait for food is at LEAST 20-30 minutes. They are constantly out of product, especially popular newly advertised items. Yesterday was a state holiday, and I was told very blatantly, it is a holiday and they are short staffed so the minimum waite would be 25 min if I wanted food. This is even before I ordered. Short staffed or not, there is no excuse. No other surrounding fast food business has this problem. Just this location.

This is the WORST taco Bell in the valley. It always takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get my food no matter how long a line there is. The longest Ive waited in the drive thru is an hour. The staff is rowdy and rude. When I order food the sighs and eye rolling that proceeds is so ridiculous. Half the time my food is over or under done or just completely the wrong order. I dont know why I even try going there! Ive never had an order completely correct. I go to school near here so sometimes its the only option but I think Id rather just never go back. God awful

What a joke. Ordered 2 $1 items and got charged $2.19. At the drive through I brought that detail up to the worker who then said: "Im kinda new here... Not sure how it works." let me tell you how it works. 1+1=2. Not 1+1=2.19. After adding it up I found that all 4 items we ordered were priced higher in our receipt than on the price board. Went inside just to be told by the manager that she didnt receive any emails regarding the price change and would look into it. Offered me cookies and I was on my way.

I like taco bell, like a lot, but this is the worst franchise I have ever been too. They take forever and get simple orders wrong all the time. It is crazy, I have been there so many times because I like tacobell but I am done. The employees are super unprofessional and hard to work with. Im done with them, its a shame because I live so close but I cant deal with their crap. They frequently give me burned rice and crispy beans...how the crap do you make crispy beans?

This is the worst functioning taco bell I have ever seen. The last time we came here they told us "they were out of beef" so we had to leave because everything we wanted involved beef. And now as I type I have sat in their drive through for 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and I cant even drive off because there is a curb keeping me in the drive through line. I wont try this taco bell again. It would be faster to make my tacos at home.

Pulled up to the drive through and sat at the speaker for 8 minutes. After zero response, I pulled forward to the window and an employee was standing with their back against the window texting on their phone. I had to knock on the window to get their attention. After I finally was able to speak with them, it took another 10 minutes of them walking around before they would take my order. Lacking professionalism and courtesy.

They were no clean tables, in an empty store. We requested no tomatoes on many food items ordered clearly stated on the recite no tomatoes. There were tomatoes on our food. It seemed to of taken along time for our food to come out. When we got it all of our food was cold and seemed old and stale. Food items were on our recite yet we did not receive. The cashier seemed very sarcastic boarder line rude. .
