I have not had a bad experience with the food or the customer service of this store. The two Stars comes from the fact that 8 out of 10 times this store is closed outside its listed open hours. I have read their hours several times to make sure I was not missing something but they close at 8 most of the week. I have been there around 6 - 7 to get food for the family. I have found the lights off, chairs up, no sign, no reason as to why they are closed, just closed outside their hours. Look, if your short staff or there is an issue with the register or something else, give your consumers a reason as to why you are closed. Go a little further and if you have to close early a few days that week or for the next two weeks, then set up a schedule and post if for your consumers to read. It is really frustrating to have to drive down to this store, see that they are closed and then have to drive to the gravel pit or the Subway near newcastle Dr. I bet if you work on the communication factor, set up some separate schedule till you get your issues taken care of, your reviews will start going up.

I was here the other day and ordered a meal. I refilled my drink 3-4 times. I just barely bought another meal today with a drink, and one of the employees Razu said I couldnt refill my drink. I was confused--most places allow refills on same visit. He explained refilling my drink 3-4 times was too much. Which I think is absolutely ridiculous! I know the most expensive cost involved in soda is the cup by far (WHICH I ALREADY BOUGHT)! There are plenty of other Subways with friendlier service. I wont be coming back. You just lost a regular customer for the cost of a few refills per visit.

This is the worst subway ever!!!! They have the they have the worst bread, worst service and worst employees. A line that should take 5-10 minutes takes 40 minutes!!! Employees never know what goes in the sandwiches. They are always out of breads and they are constantly understaffed. Their turn over rate for employees is appalling. Its amazing they can even stay open.

Theyre usually closed. Ive tried to get a sandwich a few times and no luck. I asked one of the neighboring bussinesses and was told that they take off early to go to other jobs. Seriously!? If they care this little about their business then I worry about the quality of food being served. Wouldnt recommend

Ive tried to go by here twice in the past week and one day they closed because something was wrong with a register and couldnt check people out. Today, they were taking cash only b/c the internet wasnt working. Seems like they dont have a handle on things at this store.

When I was paying I looked for my subway card to get the points, no one was behind me, I found it and handed it over he said to late! I could not believe it! He was so rude. Wont be going back to that one.

Ive had hair in my bread on 2 separate occasions from here. I notified them & they wouldnt refund my money. They gave me a "half off" next time hand written note. Needless to say I wont be returning.
