Sitting at this location right now waiting for the last five minutes and counting for our money back. That is after waiting more than 30 minutes for our order to be corrected. And that is after waiting more than 15 minutes in the drive through. We ordered two corns dogs, one #2 with ketchup and mustard, and one #2 with ketchup only (asked for plain with ketchup only). Well the burger that was supposed to have ketchup only had lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo (no ketchup). The person taking our money even repeated "meat cheese and ketchup only". Got our burgers and one was wrong. Ok, that happens. Drive back and pull into a stall, push the button, and tell them we just went through the drive thru and the order was wrong. Wait quite a few minutes and the girl comes out and takes the burger and goes back inside. No apologies or "well get that fixed right away". Nothing. Wait for 25 minutes and push the button again and explain that since we cant seem to get a burger with ketchup only that we would like our money back. Wait another 10 minutes and the manager comes out and asks for our receipt (which we werent given). Unbelievably bad customer service. Obvious no concern for customer satisfaction at all. Get the order right the first time and if you cant do that then apologize appropriately and sincerely and promptly remake the order. No customer should be left waiting this long at a sonic much less a dissatisfied customer.

I went there this morning around10:50 to simply get a bag of their crushed ice. I waited for at least 2 min and thought to myself, they must be closed. I then seen a young lady sitting on the drive thru window countertop & hanging out the window. Finally a "can I help you"... I ordered my ice drove up, paid and waited. Usually when I get ice only someone will come out quickly from the side door& deliver the ice, but since I was "THE ONLY CUSTOMER" there period I figured that it wouldnt take very long. Well I was so wrong because I waited for at least 5 + min for ice only. Now 5 min doesnt seem long to some, but when you see the staff(2 girls & 1 guy) goofing off, you get irritated. I couldnt believe that I had to wait for ice, while they threw things at each other, ran back & forth, laughing and playing duck & dodge from whatever they were throwing. It wasnt until the one guy turned & seen me looking at them, that they stopped. I finally got my ice from one of the participants, but not before I said a few choice words about my having to wait while they goofed off. They were so unprofessional and the only reason that I didnt call to speak with the manager, is that I wasnt sure if one of the goofers was the manager. I sure hope not. What a way to run a fast food facility, so unprofessional. So happy that I didnt order food. If it wasnt for my love of crushed ice, Id give this location AZ Ave & Germann a ZERO.

TERRIBLE. I pulled up to the drive thru and I ordered and they messed up the entire thing. when I asked for them to fix it they closed the drive thu window and started talking bad about me. They continued to insist on me taking the messed up order and then told me to pull forward into the parking lot. I continued to wait for 20 min. Finally I went to knock on the door and the manager told me I was wrong and she thought I had driven away. I had asked for a refund and to see the location owner, and when she walked inside and started screaming at the drive thru worker. The location owner came out and I told him what had happned and I only got a half refund. This entire staff handled the situation very unprofessionally. As I left I saw the girls in the back eating the ice cream that was supposed to have been my order. This sonic was a nightmare to deal with and the manager and location owner should be fired!

The first time we went we ordered a bunch of food. I mean drinks and food for my whole family of five and the lady was soo annoyed to be taking my order. We ordered a chicken sandwich and she said you know thats going to take five minutes right. Do you still want to order it? We said yes. We got to window and she was soo rude and clearly not happy at all to be there. Whatever we got the food and it was all correct and we did not have to wait five minutes. My husband and I go there last night after he insisted on going to native but Im pregnant and I wanted a shake so I won. We did have to wait a really long time for shakes. They said sorry for the wait. The food was correct and the coconut cream slush tasted great till about three hours since we got home. Now I am in pain till the point I cant even move. I hope we both make it through this. If I could give it zero stars I would.

This is a GREAT location. We love their iced tea and some other items. However, their drive-thru service leaves a lot to be desired. It is a hit or a miss. Their car hop people have always been great so we usually do that. Food quality has gone down in the recent years. Also, we always order iced tea with lemon and it comes to nearly $7 as they charge $1 for lemon...little high in my opinion. Sad when iced tea is now $7, but sugar loaded slush things are like $2. I know I am whining a little, just seems off to me. Otherwise, it is just a sonic.

I go to this sonic for the convenience. Every time I go to this one, they mess up the order and are always rude and I mean EVERY TIME! Last night I went to get some shakes and snacks and waited over 20 minutes for my order and surprise, surprise the order was wrong and of course they werent pleasant. I live right by this one but Ill just start going to the one on Ray, they never mess up and are always very polite there.

This Sonic is fabulous. We waited what seemed to be a normal amount of time in the drive thru here and the woman running it apologized for taking so long, gave us our drinks for free and sent us on our way. This place is, seriously, always fast. The food is always hot. The drinks are consistently good. Thanks for always making our stops here a pleasure! Keep up the good work in making your customers happy!

Love the ice cream products but folks on other end of speakers cant hear. They need to fix that. I had to repeat my ice cream 3 times with one guy until a great lady picked up and actually listened. So I guess I had to say my order 4 times. The lady had great customer service skills as I was obviously irritated but she was great and peppy and happy. Hope I get her again.

They always mess up our orders. 3 Friday nights in a row. Asked them to add what they missed tonight. Was told to go order again at walk up. Waited 15 minutes then asked at walk up if they forgot our order. They said be right out. Waited 10 minutes told manager we were leaving without our food. They had no idea where our order went. Bad service st this location...
