Our 2nd Birthday meal for my nephew (17) and daughter(19) we have a large family about 15+ most celebrations. Going in today we did not get many smiles and happy inviting feeling from the hostesses. But our waiter Conrad made up for it!! He was more then great!! His counter part Haans was wonderful as well!! I have been on both sides of the table, they get it! Not everyone has good customer service skills and some it is natural!! Attitude is everything!! It is greatly appreciated that these young men are adults who understand and appreciate the work ethics!! Who ever raised and hired them did a good job!! Leaving with a great birthday celebration again!! Thanks Conrad

Service was fantastic! They said about 25 minute wait on a jam-packed Saturday night, and it turned out to be only about 5. We (a party of 4) were all there for my grandmothers birthday, and our waitress was very kind. The food was ok at best, almost everything seafood related was around $30, understandable but still much. I felt like I scored on $12 shrimp tacos, and they were only ok. For some reason they felt almost unappetizing. I went home later that night to find myself sick... so it will probably be a while until I step inside another Red Lobster.

Last time I was here, I had the "Admirals Feast" and wine and honestly, it was the worst experience I have had here!! I just couldnt believe it. My meal came 45 minutes after the appetizer and the server said they forgot our ticket. The wine was turned and the server argued with me about it - but I know when wine is not good. I asked to speak with a manager and no one ever came. It was just a horrible experience altogether and I hadnt eaten at a Red Lobster in years - and I wont ever again!! I suggest going to the next towns Red Lobster.

I guess theres no getting good seafood in AZ. The salad was the highlight of the meal, the bisquits were doughy. I ordered the shrimp 3 way plate with a baked potato, when the plate arrived I asked for chives, they "dont have chives" the scampi was overcooked and mushy and the fried shrimp was cooked in oil that was not hot enough so they were greasy and the breading was not fully cooked. The pasta with shrimp was Ok but my wife got a tough steak. Overall it really felt like the quality was just not good, although they were busy.

My family and I "were" having a nice expensive lunch at Red Lobster, then the waiter mayo on my entire family. His response, I am terribly sorry about that and then made a crack joke saying that if we were sitting somewhere else we would not have any on us. He didnt refund the cost of our meal after his rude comment and getting us dirty which ruined our day as we all had to go home and shower. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO RED LOBSTER AFTER THIS INCIDENT!

Ate here Friday 2/24/17 at around 730pm. Very buisy as expected, wait time mabe 25 min...ok with that. However the time to get drinks and some bisquits was extremly long...Never ever had to wait this long at any Red Lobster.took along time for food too and everything was OK but I feel a little below RL standard from my past experiences...Not WoW......I will try a different location next time I want RL...

Bar Harbor salad with Salmon couldnt decide if it was sweet, savory, tangy, sour....Too many clashes! And why did you add Feta without asking? - Wont select this item again. Service was slow between order and service, and the place wasnt busy. Server was unfamiliar with the menu. Chesapeake Shrimp with Crab arrived fresh and hot.

Had dinner here last night, Saturday evening around 6 pm...They said the wait would be 35 min but we were seated within 15 min. Our waiter was excellent, gave us our salad and biscuits right away and the food was delicious! I ordered the crab legs and my husband had the shrimp. Great experience, I would recommend to others.

This has got to be the best Red Lobster in the valley! Everyone is friendly and the food speaks for itself! The staff works hard to get you seated even though there may be a small wait. The service is always superb. This Red Lobster gets 5 stars all the way without a question.

The service was so awesome! Only 12 minutes wait for a table on a Friday night and they were packed! Perfect treat / date night for my wife and I! The food and drinks? Fantastic! It was so good!

Outstanding food, and a great value! Shrimp are fresh and delicious, so is the fish! Salad and biscuits are wonderful! We go at least once a month. Try it youll like it
