My family and I will never go back to this location again. We went to this Peter Piper this evening for our kids school PTO fundraiser. We waited a while to get our order but we figured they were busy with all the people for the fundraiser. When we finally got called to pick up our order, they gave us the wrong pizza. Apparently, they had given our pizza to another customer and had to remake our pizza. No big deal - stuff happens. The reason for this one star review happened after our meal. A Peter Piper employee named Charles comes up to our table and accuses my husband of stealing pizzas. Huh??? Charles then begins to explain that he reviewed the camera footage and saw my husband taking 2 pizzas and then coming back to take another pizza. My husband definitely did not steal any pizzas. IF we were to steal pizza 1) we would not stay in the restaurant to eat it and get caught 2) the stolen pizzas would be on our table - which only had the single pizza that we ordered and 3) we certainly wouldnt be stealing pizzas during our kids PTO fundraiser. After we explained all this to Charles, he then says, "Well, if you want to deny it and steal food, thats on you. Have a nice evening." Needless to say, we are beyond angry at how we were treated. We will definitely be filing a complaint with the General Manager and advising the schools PTO to not hold fundraisers at this location again.

My kids ALWAYS want to come here! The pizza actually doesnt taste bad! One of my children doesnt particularly care for sauce, so the garlic bread pizza they serve is right up his alley. The weekday lunch buffet is a great deal. They even let a child age 2 or under eat it for free (Yes, A child, as in limit one.) Salads are available - as part of the buffet or served as an entree. Peter Piper coupons can be found on their website, and you can also sign up to receive offers via email. The deals are pretty good, too. They are usually for some sort of pizza and token combination. I have had birthday parties for my kiddos here. Things went very smoothly each time, and the pricing was quite reasonable. The kids love the games and play area. Its pretty clean. However, it gets busy here quickly. Some parents dont watch their kids, so there are usually a bunch of kids running amok, climbing on arcade games, etc. Aside from that, this is a fun place with decent food and pleasant employees.

This place is unprofessional. I had my sons bday party here and the whole hour and a half I had was ruined by the hostess reminding me every ten minutes that we needed to hurry because they had another party coming in. I had booked the party 3 weeks in advanced and we had the table from 11 to 12:30 at 12:15, my husband and I started clearing the table off, the manager came out and started throwing our stuff off of the table and yelling at us that we needed to hurry so I didnt even get my whole hour and a half that I paid for. The hostess failed to put my sons shirt out and she didnt give him any balloons, she also shorted us 3 sets of tokens and when I brought this to her attention she gave me the tokens but than when I got the bill I was charged for 3 extra kids. By the time my son got his t shirt all of his friends were gone so no one signed the shirt. Next year I will spend my $300 some where else! THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Just took my kids here for lunch. We got a large boneless wings $50 in tokens and drinks. So we were only given 1 small ranch sauce for 20 wings. I went up to the pickup window and asked for a small blue cheese sauce. I was told I had to wait through the line for more and they cost. I said "I get one small dipping sauce for 20 wings?" She said your allowed two and said just a minute. Came back handed me another small ranch and said if you want blue cheese youll have to wait and ask to buy it. So you want to lose my business over less than a buck? I would have gladly paid for this at time of order had I been told they were so stingy on ranch or sauces. Thats okay Ill take my $80 bucks to Dave & Busters next time and see if I can receive better customer service.

Great place to take your kids to have a fun time. Ive been here a few times, and each time, they seem to add a few new games that are pretty fun. The tickets are easy to get and you can get a lot of play for your money. Be sure to buy at the counter to get your bonus tokens. As for food, I would say its on par with your typical entertainment centers like Chuck E Cheese, etc. Dont come here expecting pizza to blow you away. Its enough to get you by for dinner, so I would say to come here for the fun, not the food, BUT if you have to eat, you wont be disappointed.

Had an amazing time with our daughter. Bob the manager was so kind and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. All of the employees were helpful and very quick with service. All the new games are great, you can win ALOT of tickets and you dont need to buy a ton of tokens to do so. It was also nice eating and playing games in such a clean environment. They had hand sanitizer by the games. :) We look forward to coming back!

Went in and ordered a personal pizza and waited over 20 minutes so that I could be told that they had to make a new personal pizza but that I would receive free cinnamon sticks. I get home, the pizza tastes great but the cinnamon sticks not only looked bad but tasted EXTREMELY poor. Ive had their cinnamon sticks before and never have they looked or tasted as bad as they did. Certainly wont be coming back to this location.

All Peter Piper Pizzas charge quite a bit. But the kids love them. Like Chuck E Cheese, the kids eat pizza and drink lots of soda. Then parents chase the little ones around putting tokens in to games and rides. Finally they cash in their tickets for a 25 cent toy. Plan to spend at least $40-50 bucks.

went for the first time the other night with my boyfriend. Food was wonderful and for the most part i had a great time... except for one of servers was very rude and extreamly inconsiderate towards me and my date. Vanessa was her name i believe... dont know if ill be coming back to this location:/

Amazing dining experience! They have this unique concept where they take a ball of dough, flatten it to a circle, apply a layer of tomato sauce, then cheese, then sometimes other meats and vegetables. Im not sure if this "pizza" thing is just a fad or not but Id love to see it catch on!
