This is your standard all you can eat sub-standard pizza with a higher price tag than the competition. Appearance is clean and inviting and macaroni station with several different sauces is better than others but thats where the positives end. Pizzas (about 10 different ones) are so loaded w salt that it difficult to discern tastes. When we couldnt tell the difference between the pesto veggie pizza and the pepperoni, you know theres an issue. They also allow them to sit out under heat lamps for far too long. When I brought this to the attention of the owner (Brent Hill), who I emailed to voice my displeasure, he told me that I must be confusing pizzas and that his staff "was only 13 minutes behind schedule on the cheese pizza." He went on to admit that the other selection that I noted, the Hillbilly pizza, was further behind its scheduled swap time. Perhaps what caused me to write a review rather than just accept a poor meal and move on, was this owners lack of tact in response to my email. He was defensive, claiming that his staff "has to watch a dozen pizzas plus a salad bar so it doesnt always work out perfectly." He ended his reply with, "I hope this clears things up for you." Missing was the only thing I needed - an apology. Full disclosure - a family member won a free meal to this restaurant so there was no cost to me nor was I looking for a free meal on a return trip.....we all agreed that this was one and done.

The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars is because the food was good and it was a nice place. However the customer service is AWFUL. When we walked in, no one was there to greet us, waited at least a minute for a kitchen person to ring us up. He didnt take off his kitchen gloves while working the resister, and he didnt not change his gloves when he went back to working in the kitchen. While ringing us up, we asked a couple questions, in which he didnt know any answers. While eating, we noticed other customers enter and we overheard the same worker complaining about having to ring up more guests and that he didnt want to. Another customer complained to some chick who was stirring sauces that whoever cuts the pizza clearly doesnt know how to do it because it sucked. You can barely tear off a piece without touching all the other pieces. More customers walked in and had to wait over 2 minutes before someone took their order (I timed it). I do not recommend this place to anyone because customer service was absolutely awful. Just a bunch of teenagers who didnt want to be there or slightly care about cleanliness and customer service.

Pizza Pie Cafe is a pizza, pasta and salad buffet. It has has about 10 choices of pizza out to chose from at any one time, not including their delicious dessert pizzas. Choose from about 4 -5 different pastas, and they will immediately cook that pasta for you, hand it to you hot and you then choose your sauces and cheeses if desired. The salad bar has the usual lettuce, romaine, iceberg and toppings. Black olives, croutons, cheese, sunflower seeds, etc. Dressings. The dessert pizzas I think are unique to Pizza Pie Cafe, the Cookie Dough pizza seems pretty popular and is always running out and being refilled. The great thing about this place is if you sign up for their texts, you get plenty of great text offers via text message. Also, a discount price one hour before they close every night if you like to eat late! Great idea on their part. Owned by Mormons so this place is NOT open on Sunday! Bring the family and enjoy a night out.

If you like all you can eat pizza, pasta and salad this is your place. The food was a little shaky (wasnt too bad but needed improvement) at first when they opened but the quality has definitely gone up since then. I agree with some of the comments that sometimes getting a slice of what you want can be hard. I always go during a lunch or dinner rush to ensure that they are always bringing out fresh pizza. I enjoy having a variety of pizzas to choose (buffaloes wing is my favorite) The other great thing is the desert pizza. I always thought it would be weird to have Oreos on a pizza but it so good. There are many kinds but Oreo is my favorite. I would say give it try at least once to see if you like or not. Chances are you will be coming back. This is especially a great place to go if you have a family since they have large tables and also to bring a date to and sit in a sorta private both.

Unfortunately my family and I came at a time where the pizzas werent hot and nothing seemed quite as fresh as it couldve been. Since everything seemed like it had been sitting out for a couple hours, we asked for our Groupon to be refunded. Unluckily for us, there was no manager present but the employees were so nice and helpful it made us feel awful that we had a unpleasant experience. This restaurant should truly be grateful for its employees and customer service. Not sure what the protocol is for having fresh food out but Im sure its a company guideline they follow. Thank you to Groupon for refunding us and the employee who doesnt get paid enough for dealing with us.

Love PPC! Best bang for the buck. Salad bar is surprisingly very good. Premium green Spring mix, romaine, spinach, and of course iceberg lettuce. Add all kinds of fruits, vegetables, and dressings. Pasta is made to order & boiled fresh right in front of you. At least 6 different pasta sauces to choose from. All kinds of traditional & fun non traditional pizza to choose from. Even the dessert "pizza pie" is super tasty. If this place had soup I would give it a 6 out of 5 stars! They send out text coupons and a free meal point system with your phone #, that keeps us coming back. We come at least once a week and cant say enough good things about it! Thanks

Have visited twice now, and really enjoyed the visit the first time so returned. Great concept and well laid out. Pasta was great both times. Salad bar was great both times. Have to say though, on our second visit the pizza was all dried out and pretty bad. First time was great, but 2nd time was substandard. To the manager -- if that pizza is under that heat lamp too long and looks bad to your crew -- tell them to toss it out. Your customer should not have to look at a bunch of dead pizzas. Get new ones up there! Sure, it will eat into your margin a little, but if other customers are like me and hesitate to return -- youll be out of business anyway.

I really like coming here. Its not exactly health food but if you didnt already know that you should probably stay home. This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The pizza is usually peetty good, but remember its really a buffet, so freshness really depends on when you show up. As long as you keep this in mind, youll enjoy your meal, (think Ci Cis pizza + salad & pasta). From pizza & pasta to salads, its all you can eat at a decent price.
