I was getting ready to write a review, but quickly noticed we are definitely not the first to have negative reviews about the sub-sub par restaurant. We have been a couple of times because we had coupons and were hoping to give it, and the people that work there the benefit of the doubt. Clearly a mistake! From the beginning of our experience here, we knew it was going to be a rocky night. Our little family of three (my wife, son and me) went for a nice dinner out. We waited for quite a while for the hostess to finally show up. When she did, she said, "What can I do to help you?" Clearly very annoyed we were there. We replied that we needed a table for 3. When she left to go find one, I turned to my wife and said, "Really? What can I do to help you? What did she think we were doing in the lobby?!?!?!" Another customer sitting in the lobby as well said, "Wow!! At this restaurant grammar and etiquette fly out the window, dont they?" We had a coupon that said buy one entree and 2 drinks and get a second entree for free. According to the coupon, there are absolutely no stipulations to what an entree is. Once we got there, the server told us that salads dont count as an entree. They are in the entree section of their menu, so that would lead one to assume they would count as an entree, correct? They make the rules once these snakes in the grass already have you trapped in their snares. We asked to speak to a manager after the meal to let him know of our experience. He was a young man in his mid-twenties probably, he wore nothing to distinguish him as an employee of the restaurant. He would have fit in better on the gym floor preparing for a pick up game of basketball, in his T-shirt and basketball shorts. He said nothing in reference to an apology, just shrugged with an it-is-what-it-is type of an attitude. We will never be re-entering this poor excuse of a restaurant. Even though it is a much longer drive for us, Brick Oven has our business from now on. Better service, better food, and better prices!!

I had eaten at a Pizza Factory in St. George and really liked the food, so I found the restaurant closest to home and tried it. Unfortunately, I cant rate the food because the service was soooooo bad that I just didnt get there. They seated me in an isolated area by myself, I suppose because it was the only area that had a table for two. And I thought, "Ill bet theyre going to forget Im there." Sure enough, 20 minutes later, I didnt have a drink, my order hadnt been taken. Others who came in after me were being served. The servers kept walking by but never acknowledged that I was there and never asked if they could help. I was further irritated by the fact that the wait staff and kitchen help were in the hall messing around during this whole time. I brought this to the front counters attentions as I was leaving and went somewhere else. I figured that if they arent aware of their customers, the rest of the service wouldnt be any better. It seemed that it was being run by a bunch of high school kids. Where was the manager? I wont be going back. As a paying customer do you have to beg someone to get service?

Very overpriced for cheap food. And when i say overpriced, I mean overpriced. My family of 4 ordered 3 sodas, 2 small pizzas, 2 small creamy chicken pesto pastas and 2 extra breadsticks since the pizza doesnt come with any. That cost us $62! I couldve gotten 4 good meals and 3 sodas for $50ish dollars at Cracker Barrel. The pasta was undercooked and the sauce dry, the pizza was nothing special, my husband actually said the sauce was too salty, and it was loud. The nicest thing I can say is that our waitress was nice and refilled our drinks quickly. We left her a good tip because it wasnt her fault the food was awful. She even brought me some extra sauce without charging us because she saw that my pasta was so dry! The breadsticks that people are leaving such good reviews on... all I can say is that I dont think I got the same breadsticks you got.... Go to Olive Garden for some good pasta, and get Papa Murphys for pizza! Im never going there again!

This places signature dish is their breadsticks served on a charred stick. The breadsticks are pretty huge, but theyre more impressive in height than in girth. I would rate this higher, if they were consistent on the quality of the sticks, because sometimes theyre still gooey in the middle. The service is okay when theyre at your table, but its really hard to get hold of your server. And the restaurant is laid out so that youre pretty isolated. Its good for semi-private conversations, but bad for service. The salad bar is good, but gets messy very quick. The food is pretty good.

Absolutely horrendous! First off they had no soup left. Keep in mind we had dinner at 6:30. Second off the salad was disgusting! It was soggy and seemed like it was on the brink of molding. Third our server was a complete jerk to us. She never refilled our drinks, she rudely told us theres nothing they can do about the soup, she never smiled nor asked if we needed anything, she refused to compensate us for the soup (even though our purchase included unlimited soup). I will not be returning to this pizza factory. Every other pizza factory seems to know how to manage well.

I am very shocked that I am giving a 5 star review to this place, I never give 5 stars. Service was great- our waitress was friendly enough and I always had a new drink before mine was even half way gone. Food came out quickly. Food was delicious. Definitely not the best pizza Ive ever had, but MUCH better than what I was expecting. The bread twists are amazing too. We did the deal where two can dine for $25. You get two soft drinks, two salads, two bread twists, small pizza, and dessert. It was an amazing value. There was so much food.

To start, the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was simply by the conduct of the host and our waitress. They both seemed a little unhappy and unenthusiastic to be there. This doesnt mean we got bad service, they just didnt seem to like their jobs. Now, our service was excellent, my drink was never empty, food came out quickly and hot, it tasted excellent and we truly enjoyed our meal. The portions are large enough to take some home for lunch the next day if wanted. I do recommend the Pizza Factory to all.

Food is good, but Id just as soon go elsewhere. The food is not worth the price or the wait. It also closes REALLY early, which is odd and uncomfortable if you are just having a good time and the employees seem to be dying to leave. The great thing they have going for them is their Never On Sundays--they are well worth their price. I go there just for dessert, rarely for actual meals. But every couple months Ill go for a Never On Sunday, bc no one makes desserts as great as that.
