Have gone to this location for years on a regular basis. Food is always excellent. Service used to be great but has gone way downhill recently. At my most recent visit my server came to table with attitude, then never brought out drinks (she was not busy, watched her walking around, talking to other servers, even made eye contact with her a few times from a distance). I would have reminded her but never had long enough eye contact to wave her over; she never came by. I was frustrated, but people arent perfect so it wasnt a big deal. My daughter became scared with the large amount of bees outside so we moved inside after speaking to hostess about bees and bad service. Caught up new server on our order and previous server delivered our appetizer. I was polite and said thank you and she stated "whatever" very rudely. Totally inappropriate. Also was not happy that someone must have told her I complained and she couldnt remain professional about it. New server was great, although at times it seemed over the top and insincere; I am sure she knew I was upset and had spoken to manager for quite a awhile. At my visit previously to this location I was ignored by my server as well, but didnt get attitude. Seriously considering going to Chandler location.

Visited Tuesday night for dinner and it was crazy busy. We were told it would be about an hour wait. We decided to wait since we love oreganos and it never disappoints. So we waited the hour and we were finally called into a table. We were seated and our waitress came on over. She took our drink orders and brought them out right away. We placed our food orders and so we waited for out food. One large salad (vino bambino) Large pizza numero uno Two dozen medium wings One kids pepperoni slice The salad was delicious! So fresh and the concoction was to die for! The pizza was good! A little to salty but it was good! The wings had too much of a vinegar taste! We got our food about after 45mins of placing it but the kids pepperoni never made it. We waited for our waitress to come and bring it to us but she never did. We then had to ask another server to help us with the missing slice. That server then informs us that the pepperoni slice order was never placed. We then get another employee come to our table and tells us that it will be a minute until its ready. My niece was starving but managed to wait patiently for her slice.. A couple minutes later the slice finally makes it to our table, yay!

my friend and I was our first time in the restaurant. the food was awesome the service was wonderful. The one this I was shocked over was how the girls were dressed! some of the waiteresses had shorts on that were way to short..saw one waitress that had shorts on that had her butt cheeks hanging out which is totally unprofessional. this is a family restaurant that families like to go to not a hooters. The guys were dressed professionally and in jeans why doesnt the girls dress the same? shorts should be not worn so short in a restaurant establishment like that. So the manager of the place who runs that please address that to your girl staff that is not professional at all. I stayed and enjoyed the food and the waiter that served us was very professional and nice but lets reminds this young girls that are working their this isnt hooters where you flash you behind this is a family place they should be in jeans or in pedel pushers not in any daisy dukes. Other then that the food was great.

This place was the worst Oreganos I have ever been to! I went there today at 2:18PM with my family to celebrate my sons 11th birthday and they didnt even acknowledge me or my family for 10 minutes. There was an older Caucasian lady that came after us and she was imediately taken care of, which made us feel discriminated for being a minority. We decided to leave and call to complain to a manager. After waiting a total of 10 minutes and calling twice, finally a manager named John answered the phone. I told him what happened and he apologized about the service that they provided. We ended up going to the Barrio Queen that was down the street and we were seated right away and our server and food was amazing. They are once more the worst Oreganos I ever been and I will never go there ever again. So disappointed to have been treated that way.

My whole family used to eat here once or twice a week. They told us 2 or 3 times to come in on my girlfriends birthday and they would give us a free Pasooki. Dont have to order anything else just come in and have one. Well on her birthday we make the 20 minute drive and when we get there we were rudely told that we HAVE to buy an appetizer or we cant have it. Total bait and switch. I gladly would have bought one if we had been told one of the many times that we were informed of this deal, or when i called ahead to order it. Your frugal bad policy just cost you $50-$100 a week (family of 5). We will never eat here again, and I have no problem telling anyone I meet not to eat here either.

On 2/19/2016:I ordered a large Pablo Picasso Mexican salad with pinto beans to go from the Dobson and Southern location in Mesa AZ. When i got home I started mixing it up and thought it strange there were no pinto beans. I found maybe 6-10 beans and Im being very generous with this estimate. I called the restaurant and asked how much they put into the salad. A person named Kyle said about half a cup. This wasnt even close.i just paid $15.00 for a green salad (INCLUDING TIP). D yourself a favor drive the extra few miles to the Gilbert location. By the way I never post these things but Im pissed for getting ripped off. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The staff here are always friendly, and helpful. Ive never ordered a meal here and been anything less than satisfied. The portions are always enough that separate meals for small children are not a necessity. And although the wait can be upwards of an hour on weekend evenings, the staff are generous with the pizza samples and drinks ordered while waiting for a table can be added to your bill later. In summary, I will continue to dine here as long as the staff, from the smiling faces that greet you, to the unspoken heroes in the kitchen, continue to impress.

The food we had at Oreganos was very good. We had the artichoke dip for an appetizer and then got a big salad to share (which isnt necessary because the regular is big, wish we knew that), and then we also got the chicken parm. Im usually not a big fan of chicken parm but this one was great. The only downside was the hour long wait, but this is expected for any place in Old Gilbert. Because of the long wait they brought us some BBQ pizza to try and it was great! In my opinion, I dont think you could go wrong with anything on the menu.

Not worth the hype. Oreganos gets talked up a lot around the valley and I have always wanted to agree with it, but Oreganos consistently disappoints me every time I go. As a pizza fanatic is hard to find pizza I dont like but they somehow manage it. The pizza is just WAY over seasoned, its hardly ignorable. But I can forgive bad pizza when the price is right but that is not the case here. Not only is the pizza mediocre but it costs more than two pizzas at far superior pizzarias. There is better out there at a better price.
