Firebird Pizza (formerly One Man Band) will only satisfy those who lack the sense of what makes pizza so special. There is a reason why teenagers, and turtles alike, worship pizza. Pizza is the keystone of life. However, making a crispy, scrumptious slice is easier said than done, especially for a batch of adolescent employees. Despite sticky floors, grubby tables, and overwhelming disarray, which can be overlooked for the sake of pizza, Firebird should be judged fairly based on their pizza. For those who truly appreciate good, simple pizza, imagine paying $20.00 for a less soggy, frozen DiGiorno. That is Firebird. The cheese is cheap, the sauce is forgettable, and by the time you reach the crust (even for those who eat their slices backwards) youll wish you hadnt. You know a pizza place is bad when you can get the same quality ingredients from Little Squeezers at 75% less cost. Unfortunately, Firebird is just another sad Utah pizza joint awaiting the same fate as its predecessor.

Firebird Pizza is causing a bit of a problem at my house. We ate here last Wednesday and were really impressed by the food. Their pizza is phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Two days later my wife wanted to go back, and I enthusiastically joined her. Again, the food was amazing, and we were both full and happy by the time we left. Now its Monday night and my wife is trying to talk me out of making dinner, so we can go back to Firebird... I think Im married to a 12 year old. Seriously, the pizza is wonderful. Their crust is crunchy without being hard or chewy. Their sauce has an excellent blend of spices. And is my wife put it "they have a perfect cheese to sauce ratio". As amazing as this place is you would think it would be completely packed 24/7, but there has always been plenty of seating and a very short line when Ive gone. Give them a try and Im sure youll be coming back for more.

The pizza was good. Service was "meh" at the very best. We ordered garlic bread as well. It probably would have been good except they put the garlic bread in a box and forgot about it...until we asked about it when we were nearly finished with our pizza. They brought it out and it was cold and dry. One of our group ordered a pizookie when finished with the pizza, and we waited for 10 mins...and then asked them about it. They responded, "Oh, are you in a hurry? I wish you would have told us earlier." I guess I need to tell you if I want you to start making it right after I pay? Ok. Duly noted. Its been 20 mins and still no pizookie. Pizza was good. A bit pricey. Poor service. Probably not gonna do this again.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. The crust is pretty dang tasty! The Urban Cowboy pizza has a unique flavor, I would get it again if I didnt want to try the others. The most notable of our experience was the excellent customer service. Though our childrens cheese pizza did take a little longer to make, the owner or manager (both?) personally came to apologize and offer free cookies and drink to make up for it. Aside from that, even the gentleman that brought out our pizzas went back to bring us extra napkins and plasticware as he noticed we hadnt grabbed any for my wifes salad. Will definitely come back. Maybe bring my coworkers next time.

We came in ordered the meatball and spaghetti dinner along with the cheesy bread unfortunately the cheesy bread came way too soon and did not come with our meal we ate the cheesy bread waited for the spaghetti the spaghetti finally showed up without the meatballs we were so hungry we decided to eat the spaghetti but the meatballs came way after we were done with our dinner. We have had several experiences that have not been very good with your restaurant but we will keep trying and Hope that your service gets better. 2 stars for the food and a shoot and miss for the service.

Caught my eye as we were driving by. It was packed of people dining in. I couldnt be happier that we stopped. We ordered the Chicken and Artichoke and my wife and I both agreed that it was one of the best pizzas that we have ever had (and we lived in New York and have had some winners). We were both so full but couldnt stop eating. We usually have leftovers but not this time, it was too good! Perfectly cooked with a brick oven flavor (not sure what oven they use). Ingredients were divine, they have mastered the pizza!

We live close to this location so we had to try it after we moved in. It is AMAZING! The owner recognizes my fiancé when we come in and we always have a great experience. The price is good for the quality and size you get, and its wayyy better than some of the other hipster pizza joints around here (Slab and Pizzeria 712 are overrated in comparison). I am really going to miss their barbecue chicken pizza when we move, but itll be worth the drive to come back for every now and then. Firebird Pizza is a must try! (:

Firebird Pizza is the best pizza place in Utah Valley. The food is always amazing. I recommend the Spinach Chicken Alfredo Pizza, but I have yet to taste one I didnt like. The pasta is also amazing. In addition to great food the service cannot be beat. I have watched (and had) the manager approach a customer before the customer even realized anything was off, tell them the situation, and fix it. They truly care for their customers. I drive 20 minutes for pizza because I know it will be well worth the drive!

A great unique place for much better than chain pizza. I will be back. Based on this visit alone: Pros: -Crust was great. -Toppings are good. -Flavor were nice and unique. -There were FRESH greens on the pizza. That was nice. -Flavor concept was unique and made me want to try more of their pizzas. Cons: -Flavor of the pie I ordered had some minor unbalanced flavors. -Toppings were a bit too thick. So they didnt seem as well cooked as the crust. I would definitely recommend this place.

Firebird does have the best Pizza in the County, as far as I am concerned. The pastas are also good, and the cheese bread is also the best! But, no one mentions the salads! For a mere $1.99 you get a good sized salad of mixed spring greens, tomatoes, onions, cheese and their Ranch and Blue Cheese dressings are made on site. It is always fresh, delicious and satisfying. You can add a meat to it for another $1.00 and it will be a complete meal.

I had some of this pizza the other day. It was great. The food there is fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone. It might be better to get the food to go, since the staff there was a bunch of teenagers who were not the best. They socialized among themselves a lot and didnt pay the best attention to the customers eating, but they were not the worst. But, the food was delicious.

Yikes. I couldnt tell what was off with the sauce, but I can almost guarantee it comes from a tube or can but then loaded with oregano or something. The side salad was good, though. Didnt have any issues with the service. We are 0/2 with restaurants we are trying out on Pleasant Grove Main Street. Just moved here and underwhelmed with the food in this town.
