I went to the drive through with my kids and brother and ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas. We waited 30 minutes in the line to even get to the window, then we were told to pull forward to wait for them to bring the food out. We waited 10 more minutes and still no one brought it out. When we went inside to find out what was going on (to an over full lobby filled with irratated looking customers) we were told they were behind and didnt have anything. (As the gentleman running the drive through took hot and ready pizzas the the car that was AFTER me). They had pizzas sitting on their landing table and when we asked about it they said they were only for people in the lobby. I asked for a refund and left. I worked for little caesars for 7 years and i know That it gets busy and over whelming at times when it is busy, but that was the absolute worst service i have ever witnessed. There wasnt even an apology or anything else offered to be done to make my experience a better one. I will not return to this location. If you want good pizza and exponentially better service, make the drive to the Orem little caesars. They are better managed and get you out happily in a timely manner.

Dont ever go here unless you want to get food poisoning. I went there last night around 7, grabbed two pizzas and some crazy bread. Quick in and out through the drive though...but when I got home and opened the boxes, I realized that the deep dish pizza looked as though it had been stepped on and left to die underneath the oven for weeks. The crust was falling apart, it was smashed all over, the "cheese" looked like plastic, it was rock hard, and room temperature (picture included). I got back in my car and went back to return the pizza, and was offered two other deep dishes that looked equally as bad. They said they would make me another one and it would take about 8 minutes. 20 minutes later....I got my food and went home. Fast forward to this morning, and I now feel like Im being stabbed in the stomach while being violently ill. I dont know if this kid just threw an old pizza back in the oven and served me that, or if their food is prepped so poorly that even something considered "fresh" is so spoiled that it will make you sick. Now I get to spend the rest of my day, and probably this weekend, huddled around my toilet wishing for death because of this place.

Incompetent. Waited 50 minutes for a drive through order from start to finish. Got home, and the Italian cheese bread was actually half a deep dish pepperoni. It was either left over from lunch (6 hours earlier) or a staff member royally screwed up. Pizza wasnt hot either. Went back, and Waite. 10 min for a manger. During that time, 12 pizzas sat on a steel table rather than in the warming ovens, and were just getting cold. Only one person on register, everyone moving very slowly, except one girl who was constantly running drive through orders to cars they had park. The "manager" (wasnt convinced it was really him due to attire) didnt even apologize or offer compensation when told the story. The Italian cheese bread I finally received was dry and bland. Never again.

I work customer service so I know how stressful and hard work can get when it gets busy, HOWEVER there is a better way to handle it than the Little Ceasars team did tonight. I came around 7:45. It was very busy and there were a lot of people waiting. I waited in line for 15 minutes without even being acknowledge by any workers. They were just all in the back. Even if you are too busy to help your customers out in the lobby at least say something like "hi, we will be with you as soon as we can." I finally left empty handed and drove to the Orem location. I was acklowdeged within SECONDS of being in their store. The Pleasant Grove Little Ceasars is by far the slowest and has the worst customer service ever! I will always go to the Orem one from now on!

Worst customer service and unbelievably slow drive thru. Four cars ahead of me and it took 45 mins to get my order of one cheese one pepperoni!! And when I asked why it took so long for the drive thru the kid working said "because we only have 3 people working right now" in a tone like how dare I even ask such a question....... hmmmm I thought hot and ready meant quick? My bad. Forget about their drive thru if you want your order in less than 30 minutes (6pm timeframe) Next time I am ordering from Pizza Hut and getting it delivered in under 20 minutes.

I went by there tonight and found that they had close the drive through early unannounced, were hilariously understaffed, and had almost no food ready to go, even though their displays all said they had a wide variety available. Normally, this kind of thing would have made the business lose my patronage permanently, but the staff that was there was nice and professional, to the point that while the whole situation did nothing to assure my undying patronage, the service I received ensured they didnt lose my money forever.

Its Little Caesars. You get what you pay for. Their whole model is cheaply made pizzas given to you fast. If you want good pizza, go somewhere else and pay for it. As for this location, it is very convenient for me when you just want pizza and dont care too much about quality. Sometimes you get a pizza with a HUGE bubble in it so there is no sauce or cheese there, but for the most part, the pizzas are made to Little Caesars standards.

This will be the last time that I get pizza from this location. It would be worth it to drive an additional 10 minutes not to go there. Every time Ive walked in employees are talking about their personal life that is very inappropriate. The wait time for food that is already done is ridiculous. This is happened to me multiple times walking in. Is there a way we can get this fixed or employees a little better trained for customer service.

Horrible customer service. I waited 25 minutes for one pepperoni pizza and two bread stick orders. They were giving out pizza to others that ordered after me. There were several people including me that demanded money back. Once i did that, another employee gave me my ordered and started handing out other peoples orders. The pizzas were piling up in the pizza holder but no one was getting their order. I will never go to this place again.

The staff seems to spend a fair amount of time on their phones, even during busy times, with a fairly high turnover in staffing. Even when calling ahead, we often spend 15-20 minutes longer waiting for an order to be filled than the stated pickup time. At least one out of four times we order, the order is wrong or rung up incorrectly. often the employees are distracted...poor interaction.

I will never go back. I waited 24 minutes in the drive-through to receive one Italian cheese bread. When I told the young man at the window how long I had waited and that I was frustrated, he said nothing. I had to call him back to the window to tell him it was frustrating that he did not even acknowledge my frustration. I cant waste that much time for a $4 item.
