I called ahead to order one pepperoni with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. I arrived 15 minutes later and they made me wait ten more minutes. The pizza they tried to give me had barely any cheese and about 7 pepperonis. I had to wait another 15 min to get the right pizza. While waiting the second time, another gentleman came in to pick up a call in order. He ordered two specialty pizzas and they only made one, which was incorrect. We both waited for new pizzas. The only good thing was the manager was really kind and apologetic about it. The regular employees were terrible and just messing around the whole time.

Hate the staff..!!!! I love the pizza the people are rude. I asked for the pizza with two extra topping (willing to pay for them) and they tell me no. They cant do that bull.. Whatever every other place does. Then I come on a different time and asked for two pizzas and she said we only have one ready so youll have to wait. I said thats fine will you make two so they are both fresh and the lady gave me a rude look and said I guess fine with an attitude. Ahhh...

Went in at 8 oclock to try out the new pretzel pizza. Short blonde girl said "We dont have that", as Im staring at a giant sign for pretzel crust pizza. I point at the sign, she turns and says "ummm....ummmm it takes too long." "Dont you close at 10?" .."ummm..ummmm..yes"...she clearly didnt care.about her job...and the place was packed with her friends so I went to "Big Daddys Pizza" down the street instead.

I spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive-through. When I finally get up to the window they told me they are waiting for the pizza to come out of the oven and asked me to pull around front where they will bring it up. 10 minutes later, no one comes out so I had to go inside. They had completely forgotten and I got the most pathetic apology for a completely unsympathetic employee.

Saw a compelling commercial on TV about the STUFFED CRUST pizza and had to give it a try. Same Little Caesars pizza sauce, but (obviously) lots more cheese. Really good, especially considering that I was able to drive up (this new location in AF has a drive up window) and drive away in a couple of minutes with exactly what I wanted - just like on the commercial.

Love coming and just walking in and getting my pizza and walking out!! :) Very excellent employees and friendly environment and really enjoyable experience with getting helped. I also got to say the store is really clean and the quality of the pizza is amazing

By far the worst customer service in fast food. If my teenager didnt love pizza I would never go to Little Ceasars in American Fork or Lindon again. For something so simple it seems to be difficult for the staff at Little Ceasars Pizza!! Pitiful!

I dont know if its just me but the pizza here is just blegh! I love Little Caesars but the pizza here is just not very well made. Theres always so much sauce and this time their was a ton of black/burnt crumbs all over my pizza!

This is the best Little Caesars Ive been to, and Ive been to a lot of them. The service is fantastic, the pizzas are prepared and baked perfectly. I go there a couple times a week.
