This is by far the WORST Chuck a Rama I have been to. Its even worse than the Provo Chuck a Rama. Literally every time I go to this buffet the waiters never pay attention to the customers its like they pick favorites. There job is to refill and clean up the tables well apparently at these chuck a Ramas they dont do that. You have to do it yourself plates pile up and waiters pass by they dont do there job!!! Such rude waiters. And the manager Alex is so unprofessional his wife is one of the waiters and she basically does what she wants. Shes rude to customers, doesnt do her job, just walks around like a zombie. I found out the waiter was Alexs wife because one waiter that was the only nice waiter there (very rare BTW) told me that he lets her do what she wants... This is before I knew that she was his wife I had complaint to him about my waiter NOT DOING HER DAMN JOB!! She just kept passing by not picking up the dishes or refilling her drinks what did Alex the "MANAGER" do nothing. Absolutely NOTHING. I could not believe it. I no some of the staff and they actually told me that the managers there are very VERY racist towards people of color. When I told Alex the food was not fresh at all (like other Chuck A Ramas that I go to) he just shrugged his shoulders. You might as well have a clown working as a manager. Because that is what the managers are. I honestly feel bad for all these employees working here.. They dont do there job but they get paid to be humiliated by there managers and for what?? $2.50 an hour.. Thats just sad. Worst part is you pay alot of money for nasty unfresh food with rude managers and rude staff. Doesnt even deserve one star. They should shut down this place as well as the Provo Chuck a Rama. My advice is to just not go to these you might as well go to McDonalds better managers and friendly staff there.

We went to the Chuck-A-Rama for a dinner for my birthday and my wifes. It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a buffet. The salad bar was the only good thing in the place. There was also very little selection, only two tables of real food, two of salad, and one of desserts. The food was very ordinary, most dishes I could have made myself, and made them much better. It was like getting to the potluck dinner about 4 hours too late. -The roast was undercooked and tough, the waiter even commented on it. Honestly I though it was ham when I first saw it. -The corn was very overcooked, the kernels were starting to loosen up and spread apart it had been boiled so long. -The broccoli was quite undercooked -The chicken fried steak was tough and greasier than normal. This is the first time Ive been to a buffet where the was no food that I really wanted to eat. The good things - The staff was very friendly, and they had some very interesting drinks. One was Horchata. Very good stuff.

Not a lot of options and kind of built the building small for the amount of people piled in there. Even the seating is crowded because they have these giant like home-like tables and chairs all in front of the booths. So if youre in a booth its super hard to be able to squeeze between people and get out. Also we waited forever to be seated when we were looking right at a whole row of empty booths, where they ended up seating us anyways. The food I did get was good and once we were sitting down the server guy was really good about asking us if we needed anything and getting us refills and stuff.

Great service accept the quality of the food. Meat is mostly undercooked and the chicken mostly not cooked. Theres a variety of drinks to choose from and salad bar is good condition. Sundays in this location is far better then Provo location. Food choices for Sundays arent so many just a basic ham and potatoes and chicken that is mostly undercooked. i would definitely try this place during weekdays instead of Sundays. And the restrooms are dirty and smelly.

My family goes here when everyone is in town--the buffett offers salad for healthful eaters, but normal food of all kinds for everyone else. Kids love it, desserts are very good, price is good, drinks are good. Service is good. No complaints--Ive been many times and always liked it. Not gourmet by any means, but if you dont feel like making dinner tonight and arent sure what mood youre in, Chucks is a great option.

The food is plentiful and of decent quality. The service and atmosphere is grating. The waitress was apathetic and distant. The seating process was a circus. 2 of 8 people in the group ahead of me were there blocking things up & didnt speak English. The server took a long time to sort it out. Someone else had to come fix the situation after some time.

Honestly just awful food. Mushy and AWFUL. Normally, I dont mind this place. Ive come here often in the past and it always has average food. But not at this location; its just disgusting. Dont come to this one at the very least (though I imagine that I probably wont be going to any location again). Do yourself a favor and visit somewhere--anywhere--else.

My girls and I enjoy eating here once in a while. I enjoy the variety and the friendly people who serve you. I like the herb roasted chicken, the fresh salad bar. My daughters like the mashed potatoes, french fries, scones. We like the taste of the food much more than another similar establishment. We will be back again soon.

A variety of good food. Weve been going to Chuck-A-Rama In Orem, Utah for years. They have always been very consistent in providing an exceptional variety of really good food, and a pleasant environment. Derek, our waiter, whenever we can get him, is everything a waiter should be, very sincere and attentive-simply the best.

I have eaten at Chuck-A-Rama many times in my life. It has always been about the same. However, it did get rid of the chocolate milk. You have to ask for it specifically. Food is good. The price has really jumped lately. We probably wont go again for a while. We dont need to pay a lot of money to eat a lot of food.

I was super surprised by the quality of the smorgasbord food. So enjoyable that I way over ate. Dont come here if you are trying to eat less because you wont. Great variety of foods, deserts and drinks. The service was also exceptionally friendly and efficient. Will definitely return when Im feeling like indulging.

Pros: - It was close by Cons: - The host completely ignored us for the first 3 minutes, because he was talking with another employee. - I had to explain to the host three times that I would be paying for only two of the three of us there. - The food was bland. - It was the smallest "buffet" I have ever seen.
