Location is usually very clean. Has a nice outdoor sitting section available. I refuse to purchase food for myself from this particular location. I will sometimes pick up for other family members, but the last 3 orders via their app have been incorrect and the last order in person was so rushed through the line (when there was only 1 other person in line to order, NOT crowded) that they added things in to the bowl that I did not request. Then attempted to correct the mistake by just scooping out as much of the extra item as possible. Smiles on faces would be great to see as well, but I imagine (just a guess) the manager sets the tone here and thus the reason for so many mistakes and non-friendly environment for the last couple of times that I have been to order or to pick up. It will be nice when one opens up closer so I never have to visit this place again. Food was okay. Once the rice was hard (undercooked) and the chicken was hard as well. Then on another visit the bowl was really watery (still not sure how they managed to do that). Hopefully this place gets new management and the atmosphere and service will improve. Generally really enjoy the food from other locations.

I like the chicken bowl and my husband or I would order take out at least 5 times a month... but we decided to cut back to 1 or 2 times a month even if it is healthier choice of fast food. The reason is the ingredient portions arent consistent. Most of the time the food portions isnt worth the price charged and some of the employees act scared to put any food on the plate. And when ordering double meat which is an extra charge, the portions is like a regular bowl. I believe the menu states that it is 4 ounces of meat when your really paying for 2 ounces... and when ordering a regular bowl and ask for just 2 to 3 pieces of meat to be added, youll get charged for double meat :-( Maybe there is a way for mgmt to get digital scales put in the restaurants and if customers want the correct portions; well get what they pay for... Therefore hopefully the scales wont lie :-) ...and employees can be more consistent and wont cheat customers.

Love the food... After the the scare with Chiptole we stayed away for at least 6 months. Recently, we started coming back thinking Chiptole was making every effort to win its customers back. Being back after so long the employees still put a little bit of food in the bowls. Obviously, if you dont ask for a little more you will pay $6.50 for a couple tablespoons of food. Maybe the company should put scales to weigh the proper amount of portions, unless specify less or paying for double meat. In addition, ordering tonight the chips I paid $1.25? had about 25 chips in the bag, when restaurants such as, Qdoba make sure the bag is full, which is worth the money. I assume Chiptole doesnt want to be popular any more? Theyre still STINGY with the food thats not worth your money!

Poor customer service by the cashier tonite. Bad attitude, rolling eyes, sighing just because we shared our last experience of our quesadilla not being placed into our to go bag. Requested to speak to the manager she has the audacity to ask "for what!?" Really! Manger comes out and was very professional, listened to our issue, and handled it like a pro. Didnt get the cashiers name but I hope she took notes of what good customer service looks like and learns to leave the attitude at home...that or dont bother working with the public. The entire encounter made me lose my appetite. My burrito sucks & I refuse to eat it.

This is a fast food chain restaurant where you can dine in place after you stay in line, order and pay for the food, and then choose a table and eat, or you can simply take out. For ordering, you choose from the menu which is posted and you can also observe what ingredients they use to complete your order. We have frequently used this location which is closer to us and I have witnessed the freshness of the food and experienced the good taste based on my order. Service is efficient and friendly.

I like it here, I really do. I know everyone will say salmonella and all that, but it comes with eating uncooked foods, like cilantro, or avocado, or lettuce. I couldnt imagine Chipotle without its guacamole! I usually get the salad bowl with steak, peppers, pico, and guacamole. Most chipotles will put a layer of cut lettuce on top of your guacamole to keep it from sticking to the lid. This Chipotle gets a star taken off for forgetting this rule.

I was disappointed with this location, just driving through (I live in Tucson). I ordered a veggie bowl to go with some chips...there was almost no flavor, even though there was plenty of Pico on it! Just blan as if they didnt salt anything...speaking of salt, the chips were not only slale, there was NO lime flavor at all and I didnt taste or are salt on them...disappointing because Chipolte in Tucson is FANTASTIC!

This place has fallen the last few weeks they have been posting that they are out of this or out of that (today was chicken and cheese!) Due to "quality issues" yet when I call any other Chipotle in the area they all have everything and have not heard anything about quality issues. Super disappointed this store somehow doesnt know how to order enough food after being there for like 10 years!

Its a great place if you eat it there. They have made a mess of our to-go orders way too many times. Not again. Soggy lettuce for the salad, burrito bowl that leaks out all the salsa, terribly wrapped burritos. and way too much skimping on all the ingredients, except way too many beans. This location seems to have too many inexperienced workers. So sad about this.

Cant get an order right. Then i try to get the correct order and i get sent to the back of the line. Not acceptable, so i get my money back, go to a different chipotle and get the same order; find out i got charged $.50 more at the first location for the same exact order! No longer a customer at this location!

Love the Food but I utilize the online ordering to save break time and the past few times Ive ordered 30 minutes in advance I still had to wait for my food to get made when I got there. Looks like Im going to have to go to the Chipotle on Chandler Blvd because this store ignores the online orders.

Ordered online 2 hours ahead for pickup. They didnt even have it started when I arrived. Had to wait, only to watch them mess up the order & wait longer to get it right . There fix was to refund it. This was frustrating & caused me to be late returning to work. You cant fix that with a refund.

We love Chipolte! I always get the chicken, pinto bean and brown rice bowl with all the fixing. Guacamole is an extra charge but worth it. This location is clean with friendly service. They provide lids to bring home the left overs. For a healthier lunch, this is a great spot to eat!
