My husband and I stopped in for lunch on Friday afternoon about 1:45 pm, after the lunch rush... BUT RUSHED is exactly what we felt. Each person on the line was speaking so fast, asking questions so fast and then moving on to the next person in line there was not an opportunity to ask a question back or request something other than what was being offered. The person at the cash register was taking the next person, before we even had our try picked up and wallet put away. Speed is NOT the first rule of customer service!!! Connecting with your customers, making sure their needs are met BEFORE moving on to the next person in line should come before speed. WE WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Had a 2 Free Entrees coupon from a Yelp event to use tonight.. One burrito was just folded up horribly not once, but twice; first one burst open by how badly the employee folded it. It looked like a mini burrito with the diameter of a Fosters Oil Can Pint. The cashier received my coupon and automatically assumed it was a BOGO, even after I described it. Even then, once he checked me out, he initially tried to short me of my drinks. After explaining the coupon further, he said "Oh, I guess I can give you another one.." but also neglected to give a receipt. Although they moved quickly, they sacrificed proper service with it. Plenty of other locations to go to..

I love Chipotle but I agree with Victoria P. & Gabriella H. comments. For some reason there is an issue with the white rice at this location which makes the rest of the ingredients unsatisfying. Also around lunch time till around 1:00pm they are always rushing people and the outcome of the works is sometimes disastrous. IF you can opt to go after 1:00 its better since it is more relax, but watch out for the 5:00-6:00pm ordeal again. When asking for extra, make sure it goes in your burrito or bowl. Otherwise you will get charged extra if it is put in the small container.

Staff: The people that work there always have such a bad attitude. I will not be returning. Ive given this location a couple chances. And every time I feel as if Ive been mistreated. Food: the food is not bad. I love chipotle. Who doesnt? This location is not good. Every time I get the white rice it tastes like there is a pound of salt. They steak is always fatty. And the portion of sour cream to go they give you is very tiny. I will not be coming back to this location.

Uhmm this was the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. The rice is hard not cooked enough or dried out. My burrito was made in such a rush I couldnt even get a word about what amount of fillings I preferred and ended up with a balled up tortilla mess that I ended up just eating like a bowl there was not enough care put into my food like they usually do I wont say names because I know people get fired over these things but the customer service needs work.

I am a huge Chipotle fan but this locations service is horrible. The staff cannot focus when ordering, they ring up incorrect items screwing up your order and give the people behind you in line free stuff because ringing your order up takes too long. We were not offerred anything even when they have a portion of our order to another guest and made excusses as to why. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Driving to another location is worth it.

My total is always different every time I come in to this place every couple weeks. I also have to raise my voice to where I feel Im close to shouting for most of the people working behind the glass to hear me and often I have to repeat myself. One thing that bugs me is they never fill the spoon up with meat when scooping onto the bowl, I always have to pay for "double meat" just to get the same serving as other Chipotles.

My experince was rushed, they only had like 7 people . You couldnt even talk it seemed as if you where getting yelled at instead of talking to the customer .they didnt even give me what i asked they just rushed eveyones orders i asked for quacamole they didnt even put it on my bowl ,i asked for extra green salsa and they didnt put them in the bag. Iv never been in a chapotle with such horible service

The customer service was amazing. The food always on point.Always a fresh and delicious experience. The place is always clean. I specially enjoy the smiles as im getting food added to my bowl. I would like to point out one peraon in specific that was specially nice a girl with very short hair that was next to the cashier on my visit this Saturday.Thanks for providing excellent customer service.

The food was great , but the customer service was horrible I felt so rushed , didnt even get to say what I needed before they moved on to the next person, the works couldnt even keep up with what people ordered , I will forever love Chipotle food but for this location, I probably will never visit do to works , they definitely need to be trained all over again. Maybe a new staff would help them

Well I enjoy Chipotle this one I typically try to avoid when I can. It has nothing to do with the quality of food or the restaurant itself, which I find generally pretty good. The problem comes in when you start factoring in parking easy access to the location. The parking lot there can get quite hectic, and if you drive the a big vehicle, well good luck to you.

The food was cold, my chips were stale, nothing tasted fresh, and the server gave me carnitas when I asked for softitas. I said it loud and clear. The employees were fooling around and not paying attention. I do not recommend this location. Go to the one in Westgate or 75th & Thomas. They give you what you pay for and theyre always focused.

Theres always something wrong with my order every single time I come to this location. This time I ordered online, I got there and had to wait like 15 minutes for my order, my dressing salad spilled all over the bag because they didnt put the lit on properly, and to top it off they messed up one of my orders.

Long wait for me because I wanted extra fajitas veggies on my steak salad so my wait was lengthy but my order was fresh + they gave me a free large drink for my wait as well as a buy 1 get 1 free coupon...love this place you can definitely bet no other fast food restaurant does this

The burritos are only large if you want rice and beans. If you order meat only,you will get a small burrito for the same price as the overstuffed bean and rice ones. Any "Bertos" type burrito place will sell you a carne asada burrito for 1/2 the price of Chipotles.

The good folks at Chipotle were definitely not prepared for this evening. Had to wait over 10 minutes for half of our order to be finished while to other half got cold. Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication between staff.

Food was alright, but it was incredibly slow. Three people in front of me and it took fifteen minutes. It seemed like the employees didnt know how to work efficiently and they had to repeatedly re-ask what I wanted on my burrito.
