Always Loved The Food, The Mrs and I Share A Giant Caramba And Its Always Enough For Both Of Us... Today When Getting My Caramba To Go The Cook Offered A Mexican Pizza That Another Customer Didnt Want Due To Sour Cream... He Wanted Me To Take It Rather Than Throw It Away... It Tasted Excellent And The Wife Was Very Happy... Try This Place... While There someone Passed me with the fundido burrito and it looked amazing, Im gonna have to try one....

The service is always good and the food is good to. Great for a quick meal when out and about, but maybe not a destination when craving authentic mexican cuisine. Would be nice if the kept the salsa bar cleaner or maybe served it as a side because the area has been a real mess a few times and is not at all an appetizing sight.

I have been going to Carambas for close to 15 years, food was always good. Last time i dined there, not so good, taco shells tasted like they were from the day before,the beef inside was cold. I will go there again, and I agree the staff could be a little more pleasent

I loved the soft shell tacos and the girl at the register was so kind when I asked questions. They provide chips and a variety of salsas to choose from while they make your food. Its a mix of fast food and a sit down restaurant.

Good prices and good food. Fundido and Chimi are excellent. Meals come with chips and Salsa bar. Flan was very tasty. Good place to come during a work break because of the fast service.
