For 33 bucks(for 3 of us), this food does not meet my expectations. The plate is not even a plate. Its a metal tray they serve your food on. If youre expecting a kick from your fries and you want buffalo hot, dont get the spicy buffalo fries. The Arizona burger is ok. I expected grilled jalapeños and cooked onions. Overall, the presentation is nice. But I dont think Ill be coming back. I think this place was oversold because its not amazing food as I expected. "One bite and youll know smashing is better. Fresh. Juicy. Delicious." To be honest, if it wasnt for the guacamole, my patty would be dry. Not juicy at all. Dont get me wrong, I ate it. I was hungry. Im hoping its just this location because I have had people tell how amazing their food is. Amazing my eye. At least the service was good.

Just had me the Bacon Avocado Club Burger, and it was definitely tasty. The burger overflows the bun, so youre able to get a good taste of the meat before getting into the rest of the ingredients. That may is perfectly seasoned and seared to perfection. Damn good burger! Once you get to the ranch, avocado, and bacon it just keeps getting better until the last bite. Definitely not disappointed with this one. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. An added bonus is that the ambient music is great! The only downside is price, but its fairly even with an actual restaurant burger. Initially, I was a bit shocked at the price of burger, fried, and drink, but as I walked out, I felt incredibly satisfied and realized Id pay it again without second thought!

Great food and most importantly great customer service from Alex and her general manager Sergio. I made a huge mistake on my order and they quickly made sure to get it corrected for me. In the time I ordered and ate I watched as the general manager Sergio was out back cooking and helping with food and if a line would begin out front with people wanting to order hed come out and help. Alex was non stop in taking orders, getting shakes and orders bagged and her and Sergio checking in on customers making sure food tasted great and asking if there was anything that was needed. This restaurant has a great team who works great together and support one another. Im amazed on how great we were treated.

super gross. we went around lunchtime on a Saturday. The poor girl at the register had no idea what she was doing, and everyone rolled their eyes at her when she asked for help. The line behind us ended up out the door because the guy who looked like he was the manager bailed right after the customer in front of us. $54 to feed two adults and three kids. yikes. The lampshades above the tables were gross and i looked like giant dust balls were going to fall in our food. The order came out wrong, too. I was so disappointed, as I had been wanting to try this restaurant for some time.

Im sitting at the front of the line where they wont take my order because they have online orders that came in after my phone call for carry out. I called and have been waiting for 30 minutes and they still wont take my order when im at the front of the line. Very poor management. I understand being busy but I was on the phone for fifteen minutes and saw people at the back of the line get their food already that walked in after I was on the phone for 15 min already.... still here and no one will even speak to me. As a manager of a restaurant that serves fresh food, this is unacceptable.

I cant wait to take my whole family here! I will recommend this place to all my friends. Seriously, I had no idea what this place was like. I walked in off the street and found it to be the most amazing burger and fries Ive ever had. I love to cook and consider myself a bit of a gourmet....but not after I ate here. I just wished I lived closer to this place. They are a little bit more expensive than your average burger joint, but I would gladly pay two to 3 bucks more for a slice of Heaven than pay 7 or 8 bucks to eat the crap I had last night at BK.

Im not a hamburger person. I dont eat hamburgers at any of the fast food chains. But I love Smash Burgers hamburgers. They are the best tasting hamburgers of any restaurants around. But the reason they are so good is also why they probably are not the best thing for you. I only go there once every two months to treat myself. You cant go wrong with this place but if you have high cholesterol I would limit your visits as I do.

I wasnt impressed. I ordered a large fry and big classic on Multigrain bun. The burger looked the same size as the regular burger and my fries were too salty,now remember it was a large size. So, I took the fries back up and asked for a order w/of salt and they brought me back a regular size. Not impressed. If I hand you a large, how do you give me a regular size back.... Unhappy, Charles

I love going thier one of the greatest place to go and eat with your family great costumer service, as soon as we walk in I feel the great energy. Employees and cooks seem to get along very well and the mangers like angel always gives me good and different suggestions on what type a burger I should eat great guy my favorite restaurant to go and eat .thank you smashburger

The food is really good and so is the customer service! My husband and I eat here often and they are pretty consistent. The only thing that got me was they have recently changed their shoe string fries to the standard fries but the seasoning stayed the same. It is a little pricey but again the food is really good so I dont mind the price.

Burgers are good. Cant say the same thing about the soupy shakes. More milk than ice cream and took longer than the burger to make. Service is slow and the people in the front fail to acknowledge anyone standing there. They remain with their backs turned until they are doing whatever they are doing. Not a location we would return to.

The french fries (Rosemary and Garllic?) are awesome, the meat in the burgers could have a little more flavor (like Fuddruckers quality of beef) and their milkshakes are good as well. Definately a step above most and Im a very picky eater. I will eat here again.

It honestly makes the best burgers; the only place I can think to rival it is 5 guys. The fries are hands down the best with no competition whatsoever. Friendly staff. Place is a bit small so you might get a crowded feel but it is definitely worth it.
