I ordered with my friend as we waited for his flight to leave. There was no line since it was morning about 8:30a or so. The hamburger sounded good at the time & I had never eaten there. It was a greasy but decent hamburger. The issue was after I ate the hamburger. My stomach felt so sick at least for a few hours after I ate the hamburger. I do not know what was wrong with the hamburger meat, but my stomach did not agree with it. The food was not all that great. Mediocre at best. I would not eat at Smashburger again due to my experience. Customer service was good though no issues there.

Tried it a couple of times at the Phoenix airport. Its a fast food branch, not much special about it. Their fries were good, and their milkshake was very good too. Usually my top choice at the Phoenix airport.

If you want excellent service with a smile come to Smashburger in the Phoenix airport terminal 4.... Just kidding, its the worst service ever. Cashier hates her job and they got most of our order wrong.

Usually good burgers... But but this time. Took forever to get my order. Also messed it up and gave me the oily fries rather than the regular fries that I ordered.
