My friends and us arrive ready to order the hostess did a great job getting us seated as quickly as possible she even cleaned the table we were going to be seated at. 10 minutes later she notice that our server Kerstin was not helping us and so she came over and got us drinks told us our server would by soon then 20minuts pass and Kerstin still had not tried to help us. The the hostess Avigail came to take our order finally after 30 minutes in got helped. So then we waited while for food Kristen finally asked if we were okay and before anyone could ask for food she walked away well we all wanted refills o our drinks because they were empty. Then finally when it got the food Avigail made sure we were helped properly. The food was okay the burger was a bit cold and frys were totally cold. Then when it came time to pay Kerstin was getting credit for the sale and tip spoke to manager told her about the experience and she said okay did not even acknowledge anything in said then it told here how it can make sure that the right person got tip she told me it will make sure right person gets it. It dont trust her at this point and it went to get cash to leave tip for Abigail. If paid my 20$ tab and left Avigail 16 dollars remaining in tip for the effort she put in doing almost everything.

I remember my first imbibing (thanks to Lauren V for the word) of 80 proof peppermint schnapps. It literally took my breath away for a few moments, finally leaving me with the minty aroma reminiscent in many a drunk tank, during the Christmas season. I also remember my first experience with Johnny Rockets boneless buffalo wings. It was last night, about an hour before the hockey game. And much to my chagrin, they literally took my breath away for a few moments... it was nothing like that 1986 smash hit from Berlin on the Top Gun soundtrack. Picture if you will, a plate of reconstituted Swanson chicken nuggets that you microwaved, and then forgot about on the counter for an hour because you had to go and satisfy a more immediate urge. Then, being the alchemist that you are, imagine crafting an elixir of 40% hot sauce and 60% vinegar, which you pour onto the plate of stale nuggets (only after re-warming them in the microwave for 30 seconds), so that it forms a pool of pungent goodness. If "Summers Eve" made boneless buffalo wings, I would expect them to be just like the ones served at Johnny Rockets. Yum. It was like a crappy appetizer AND a douche. On the plus side, my yeast infection seems to have all but cleared up.

Talk about disappointing there was only a couple of tables (4) that had guests. It was 20 minutes before I got a menu it was another 30 minutes before I got a hamburger and fries. While I understand that ordering endless fries does not guarantee me endless fries I do believe it means more than one refill and I dont believe I should have had to ask for a refill multiple times only to be ignored. My waitress was extremely Pleasant but I dont care how nice you are if it takes you an hour to serve a hamburger and fries then you might need to rethink your career options. another thing if the other waitress and cook are going to be on break (they were, the whole time) have them go in the back they dont need to be sitting out in the lounge making the rest of us irritated because were waiting on food or drinks while they sit out there and lounge around I understand they need a break, but it is aggravating to see the sitting around while youre waiting and waiting and waiting to be served

Looks like Im not the only one disappointed by the food, or lack thereof, at this location. Met some friends there last night before going to a movie. It took forever to get service, and when the food was eventually delivered, it was all wrong. Wrong shakes, wrong (or missing) dipping sauce for the kids chicken nuggets, and my food was not even close to what I ordered. I sent it back, but everyone else was finished eating by the time my salad (yes, I know, salads take hours to make) finally arrived. I refused it. Manager apologized and offered to box it up for me (seriously?), but by that time we were almost late for our movie even though we arrived with plenty of time to spare, and Im pretty sure AMC theater attendants would look at me funny if I carried my salad in to watch Jurassic World.. I went to the movie hungry. Dont waste your time and money. There are lots of pretty GOOD places to eat in the area.

Ive heard that this place used to be a disaster, and Im certain thats where these reviews have come from. Theyve gotten two new general managers since then though, and its slowly but surely become stellar. The food is superb, as always, and the shakes are outstanding. I really hope they keep the Salted Caramel one because that flavor is my personal favorite. They hired a bunch of new servers staff, and, in my experience, their happy, friendly, prompt service has been bringing me back again and again. I love it there. I love the whole vibe of the restaurant, the music, the food, the DANCING -- YES, THEY ACTUALLY DANCE -- the service-- all of it! I know its hard to think that its really great after all of these old, bad reviews, but theyve surely cleaned up their act because its amazing now. Its definitely, definitely worth a second chance. :)

I requested no lettuce or onions on my Rocket burger with mayo added. When the server first brought me my burger it had everything I requested removed on it. She took it away and returned in less than a minute with only meat and cheese and very little mayo with no sauce. I also had to go and get napkins for my party as she n vet brought those either. When I pointed out her error the sever was a bit snippy saying she could take it back and fix it. At that point I just didnt want to put up with any more "fixes" and said no. When she brought us our meal she admitted she may have messed up my order and took a whole dollar off my order. Needless to say this was my first, and definitely, my last visit to a Johnny Rockets restaurant.

The first time I made a pick up order, I called back two minutes later to add to the order and the guy gave me complete attitude for disturbing him. The second time I made a pick up order ( a few weeks later) the guy did not even put the order in, and when I come to think about it, its the same person who gave me such an attitude the first time. He did not even tell me that he forgot to put in the order until I repeatedly asked what was taking so long with my food being brought out since it had been called in 20 minutes prior. This place has excellent food, and I mean excellent , BUT IT HAS THE WORST customer service in all of Westgate.
