Just drove 20 miles home to find the burger i ordered and waited 35 minutes for was completely opposite of what i ordered and I had to throw the whole thing out. I ordered it as simply as possible "burger with egg and cheese ONLY no condiments just egg and cheese" i got a burger with everything on it, half of which i am allergic to, so good thing i checked it first. You would think if they took that long to fill the order they wouldve at least gotten it right. They werent even that busy. Just goofing off and chatting like schoolgirls at a 7th grade dance. It was bullshit. They stand around and stare at you while you wait for your food like hello fill my order stop staring you weird, no accurate order getting lazy psychos. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT EAT HERE. its honestly not even that good i dont get the hype anyway. It was the only thing open at the casino at the time, otherwise i would have went somewhere else. Now im hungry with a burger in the trash where their personalities were born. Ugh.

I had high hopes eating here. The last time I was in Phoenix I ate at a location that is no longer around. The service there was awesome. The staff at that location was extremely friendly. They smiled when you walked in the door and they walked you through their menu as far as burger sizes and Etc. The girl beyond the counter at this location was not friendly at all. My bun was stale and hard.My Sierra mist was disgusting (they may need to check the lines). I was hoping for the same experience that i had before and I was let down. For the price of the food and my experience I could have spent less of my money elsewhere for a better experience. I hope they can get it together.

I Love Fatburger. The reason Arizona doesnt have any is because of their locations. The one in Gilbert was in shopping mall strip so people didnt know it was there and the one in downtown Tempe was impossible to get to. If theyd build a freestanding store, with a possible drive through, the store would flourish. I dont know if that goes against their model but they need to try it. Theres one in the Casino and at the ballpark and the one at Chase Field charges outrageous prices, obviously. Its too bad they couldnt do it the right way. Id love to own one.

I order a 1000 island hamburger on a gluten free bun. I specifically told the cashier I only wanted 1000 island & pickles. When I picked up my order their were no pickles and there was lettuce on it. Also half of the bun was hard. When I went back to tell them that I ordered it with only 1000 island sauce and pickles and the lady told me that because I touched the hamburger she could not replace it. Thats FU because it was there mistake they still chose not to fix it.

There are hamburger stands, and then there is Fatburger. When I want a burger, it has to be a Fatburger. Im writing this review based on the Fatburgers I eat in Woodland Hills, CA. I am about to visit the Fatburger on White Horse in the casino near Tempe, AZ. Reading these reviews has me a bit nervous, but I want a Fatburger right now and as I am visiting Tempe I only have this one to choose from. If it is indeed, FATBURGER, the best is yet to come.

Asking for id to swipe a Chase debit card for 6.03. I would expect this only on a large purchase and or alcohol. Food was alright but asking for Id is unacceptable and unnecessary. I also believe that because I am white and she was Indian she asked since the Indian behind me wasnt.

Not impressed, reminds me of Steak and Shake. Better than Micky Ds and Burger King, but then, who isnt? Fries and chocolate shake were very good.
