Sadly the meal was not what we had expected it to be. The cheese dip for the pretzel bites had an off-putting flavor and definitely seemed like a spiced processed cheese melt. Our Chophouse burgers would have been good without the sauce in my opinion, and without the mushroom seasoning in my husbands opinion. The side Caesar was simple but tasty and full of leafy lettuce (a plus in my book (: ). The burgers were cooked perfectly. Unfortunately the Long Island iced tea was much too sugary. Lastly, our server was definitely pleasant and attentive. I would probably order sauces on the side next time and most likely a simple, custom ordered drink. Not a bad experience in all.

The service was slow and nearly absent my last visit. Moderately busy evening, not packed to capacity but most tables were filled. The server visited my table twice. It took them so long to get food out to us that the hot soup I had ordered was cold. On top of this the table right beside us dropped a cup on the floor and shattered glass and water went every where. It was left that way for a good 30 minutes before I had to warn another family with small children in sandals to be careful. I told 1 passing server who shrugged at me and then got up grabbed a bus boy and asked him myself to take care of the glass. Its a Red Robin so the food is decent but the service stinks.

I wouldnt even give it 1 star. First they brough me a regular iced tea when I ordered a long island. Then our servers changed. I ordered my patty melt well done and it was still mooing at me. The server kept bringing my son chacolate milks without asking, by the 3rd I yelled "water pls". Then the server spilled a chacolate milk on me. After all of this we paid our bill... The full amnt because they didnt even offer to comp anything. I have never written a bad review before, but that service was ridiculous! Un acceptable, maybe understandable if it was a busy time, but it was 5pm and pretty dead.

Red Robin. What can I say. Its an average burger that wont offend anyone for slightly too much money. Do yourself a favor. Offend someone in your party, and have a better burger at any of a dozen restaurants in town for slightly less, even if its in a basket or on a paper plate. ...or, spend $20 for a burger, soda and tip here and avoid being offended in any way by a boring meal.

Its just about as nice as any other Red Robin Ive been to, though at this one, when I asked for lettuce on the side for my burger, they gave me one sad, wilted, soggy leaf. That was disappointing, and I was never asked if I wanted a refill on my fries (I requested one, no one actually asked me), but otherwise, the rest of the food was perfect and the wait staff was excellent.

Avoid this location, other ones have been much better! Halfway thru our meal the server never returned and an hour later the bartender finally came by after we flagged him down to get our checks. Pretty rude of her. Least you could say is that youre off the clock instead of having us looking around like lost dogs for our owner. Will not return to this place.

The food at all Red Robin locations is amazing but this specific location does not have the usual outstanding customer service that most locations do. It was not busy but my husband and I still had to wait about half an hour for our food and another ten minutes every time we needed a drink refill, more condiments, etc.

Some Friday nights I just totally get a craving for some onion rings and milkshakes - and this is always the place I go. Prices are average for a burger joint but the food is really pretty decent in comparison and the service is great. Clean restaurant, fast, friendly... I dont know what more to ask for really. :)

The service was extremely slow the last two times my co-workers and I have stopped for lunch. The place wasnt busy enough to justify such long waits between when the server would come check on us. It even took a long time for her to come back and actually take our order.

We love coming here and sitting in the bar. Skyler always remembers us and our orders and is very attentive, even when hes slammed. We used to come on Tuesdays, but his schedule changed so I guess well have to select another day.

Wait for food was a bit long, then the waiter dropped mine, and my husbands wasnt what he ordered. So then we had to wait again. Manager came out apologized. However, they could have at least discounted our ticket.

Nothing particularly bad, just not very good. Burgers are edible. The screens/terminals at the table are really annoying - they are distracting and take up necessary space on a small table... Not going back.

Better then other Red Robins?! Try a gourmet angus burger. Had the same at other RRs, just not as good as this one. Friendly staff. Not overly crowded at lunch.
