Nice location and surroundings. This was my first time at Burgerhaus and was expecting much more. Read the differing reviews and still thought to give it a chance.. Review from 5 to 4 because it fry grilled burgers. Reason 4 to 3 is that it took 3 times for them to make a good med rare burger. It first came out like shoe leather. I sent it back and server had no issue with doing that. 2nd burger came out raw not even black and blue - but then grill frying will do that - it takes a good cook to make it right. 3rd time a charm. Burger was nicely done and taste was nice. Fries had skin which was nice and I was told had salt and pepper - love pepper but none found. This is a nice comfortable place- food was good when finely made right. Service was good and friendly - I was one of maybe 3 parties and the server did not hover. That was good.

I am pretty picky about foods and atmospheres, however I LOVED both at Burgerhaus! The decor/design of the space was stellar, the service was great, and the food was outstanding! My burger was delightful- I got the one that had pineapple on it. The mac & cheese side is to die for! I have stopped ordering mac & cheese at restaurants because Im always let down by it, so when I tried the mac & cheese here I was pleasantly surprised that it was the best mac & chesee Ive ever had! I cant see any reason why anyone else would give it anything below 5 stars. I will recommend everyone goes there!

Bruschetta tasted great with the balsamic reduction. Comes with 4 slices....I ordered the aussie which comes with egg, Gouda, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. It was good but not as flavorful/seasoned as my husbands burger. He had the Tuscan. My son had the haus, made it a double with bacon. Funny to watch him try to bite into the thing. He said it was good but not as good as a Hardys burger. Fries were tasty and the presentation of it was great. Service was excellent. The manager even came and asked how we were doing. I will definitely visit again!

I recently ate at the burgerhaus while on a lunch date with my husband. We both enjoyed ourselves and while the food is delicious and the ambience was great. I didnt care for the fact that there was no wine sold (sorry ladies). Your only choices of beverages are pop, water, or beer and more beer. Neither my husband or myself drinks beer so I was a bit disappointed there but its quiet and laid back approach to its settings made up for this fact. From a womans perspective restaurant seems to caters more to the executive male lunch crowd.

It really presents itself as some amazing burger establishment but its nothing special. You can get a mediocre burger with unconventional toppings anywhere and not have to pay $12. The service was good but also kinda uncomfortable. Weird waitress who was overly enthusiastic for no reason. She kept exclaiming "Awesome sauce!" at very inappropriate moments. Not the greatest place to eat. The hype was not worth it.

Came here with some friends and wasnt expecting a lot. I mean, they sell burgers. I was amazingly surprised at the taste, atmosphere, & service. I ordered the American & WOW! Taste was awesome!!! Coupled w/ sweet Potatoe fries & a beer & youve got an amazing meal. The prices are a bit extreme for a region eatery but its a nice change of pace from the normal burger joints. Family friendly too!

The restaurant was nice but the food is overpriced and the burger was very bland. I feel that the waitress was not tentative enough she never even asked if we needed a drink refill. Id have to say the fried pickles were good but I would definitely not recommend this place and wont be back.

We always have amazing food and fantastic service at Burgerhaus!!! Definitely recommend the Monaco, Santiago, and Cozumel. I do get all my burgers with a mushroom cap in place of a beef patty. The gourmet fries are to die for, and the beer selection is superb. LOVE this place!!!

Establishment is well organized. The menu is small and manageable which improves overall quality of the burgers. Do not get the hummus platter, you will be eating a tray of vegetables and looking like a cuck following it with dessert. Good place to eat, would go again.

A wide variety of gourmet burgers is offered and at a relatively good price point. Being a full service restaurant, the service was good, but the staff seemed inexperienced. Overall good food, good price, and good variety if youre looking for a gourmet burger.

The burgers are delicious!!!! Im still sitting here and the music is great, the prices are good and we received our food very quick. Our server was very attentive and prompt. My only negative is they serve Red Gold ketchup... They should switch to Heinz.

I love the overall look and feel of this place - really cool structure, art work, etc. The food was REALLY delicious; no complaints from anyone at our table. The service was a little slow, and the food is pricey but they also have a great mission.

The food was amazing! The waiter, Vincent was perfect. Kept our glasses full and was very attentive! The girls who brought out the appetizer was engaging and had a bomb ass highlight! Will come again and again! Huge thumbs up for the bruchetta!

The Burgers are huge. The Aussie is the best thing since the whopper. The fries could use some help because any type of seasoned fries only have it sprinkled on top, theyre not mixed into any kind of batter. Staff is friendly and swift.

Most amazing burger I have ever eaten. Champange cheddar cheese? More please! The onion rings served on a bed of spinach with the perfect dipping sauce were fantastic. Plus they feed the hungry with every burger sold.
