Firstly, you all are understaffed. I live in Atlanta,Chic fil as everywhere, and they usually have about 15 people working in the FRONT. You all have only about 6 condescendingly friendly people and from the looks of it, two cooks struggling to keep the orders of the double drive thru and lobby done with the manager barking food orders at them. Serverely understaffed. Secondly, customer service is not up to par. The people working in front are snappy if you start asking for help. I asked for a light ice drink and I stood there for a minute as I watched my cashier move on to other things. I had to call someone else and then my cashier walked up to the register suddenly and I moved out the way for that customer. The wait was hilariously pitiful. There was a couple when I went in,who I thought were eating-in ,already served, actually were waiting for their food. After waiting for five minutes for my food, the lady got her food and her partner got theirs two minutes after. They looked like they left the food and got a refund since they came out the store the same time I did. While that was going on, a man angrily started asking where his salad was. The manager kept talking back, while barking at the cooks for orders. The man angrily demanded a refund, manager still talking back about how it coming out soon fresh service, he started talking about the how slow the was service .Everyone in the lobby started giggling and laughing since we were also thinking the same thing. My brother and I got our food, for some reason he got a receipt and not me, but he was still waiting on a milkshake. Might as well told him the machine wasnt working(I know yall say it doesnt work when you dont want to use it Lmao), cause he was there for ANOTHER 3-4 minutes waiting. I asked him if he even asked a server and he said yes. He got the shake and as we walked out, someone from the drive thru walked in the store. Entirely too much going on for an understaffed, chic fil a near a major highway. Food taking way to long for someone on a 13 hour trip to texas, needless attitude, and no hospitality since my brother and I had to ask for multiple things. Seeing the reviews from a month ago with the restaurant owner claiming they were changing things is proof they didnt and probably arent going to anytime soon.A view of the demographics in the area, reforms, and hiring events are serious, dire needs for this resturant. Truly a sad testament for Mr.Truett-Cathy and his vision for Chic-Fil-A

Rudest staff I have ever seen at a Chick-fil-a. We were traveling with a Yorkie and it was too hot to leave her in the car. We were seated outside and the dog was not bothering anyone , everyone outside thought it was cute. The staff told us we had to leave because the health department told them dogs were not allowed on the property . The girl at the register was rude , combative and argumentative about the order and the menu. I ordered a club but wanted the chicken fried. She told me you couldnt get it like that, I explained that I had ordered it before and she told me that there was no way because you couldnt buy a fried club. Another employee came over and told her you could and showed her how, that did not seem to set well with her. No thank you for coming to Chick-fil-a, my pleasure, have a nice day, nothing. This is the only place in Montgomery that I have been to that has outside dining that we have not been able to bring one of our small dogs with us when we are stopping for a bite. We have even been to resteraunts with outside dining that have allowed us to have a dog with us at an outside table. These were not fast food quick joints, they were nice resteraunts that offered veranda dining. The cashiers name was Jasmine, not sure what the acting managers name was. The other people seated outside could not believe that they made us leave, they even told the employees that the dog did not bother them to let it stay. The employee was trying to make this a huge deal as if this was the end of the world to them.

I should start off by saying that I dont typically review chain restaurants because theyre all generally the same from one to the next. Additionally, I am a Chick-Fil-A rewards member and visit my home store about 5 times a week. However, the CFA on Eastern Blvd in Montgomery has AFWUL service. Seriously, just plain bad. No complaints with our food, which came quickly and accurately for a lunch rush visit, but best of luck even attempting to order inside the restaurant. All other CFA chains Ive visited have a clear, stress-free process by which one lines up to order. This location? Expect the employees (owner included) to disregard any visitor that they dont already know by name. After patiently waiting through the mess they consider a line, I eventually had to barge forward and then get the attention of the employee who was supposed to be taking my order, but instead began talking with her friends. Forget about any of them saying "My Pleasure." Getting a refill on my drink was an even bigger ordeal that included a total of SEVEN employees ignoring me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

As we were traveling we decided to stop.at this Chick-Fil-A. There needs to be some type of clarity on who is taking guests orders because I have never been so confused in my life. In addition, with so many people working, more than one person needs to be up front. Lastly, it does not help when she finally said she could take our order that she attempted to multi-task and get another customer a refill in the midst of my family placing our order. As another review states, I have hardly ever had any issues at a Chick-fil-A until now and hope you will rectify the way cusyomers/guests are treated.

I came in yesterday with my 5 children, 6 mos - 8 yrs, and the customer service was phenomenal. The manager, Robert, came to my table with a high chair and placemats, then took me to have my order placed quickly. He was a huge blessing for this tired, out of town mama visiting after a 6 hour car ride. Thank you! PS. Shortly after we received our food, two buses pulled up and the restaurant filled with teenagers. I was impressed how well the crowd was served and cared for within 30 minutes from start to end. You guys are fabulous!

Have only had lunch here. Very busy and friendly staff. Manager is awesome! Be careful when you go through the drive through as cars will do anything to get in front of you. Double check order before paying. I was charged incorrectly several times bc had wrong order with other cars running you over to get in front of you. Very rude people in this town.
