My partner and I went there this evening for dinner and I was not impressed. The service was sub par and they do not know what they serve. My partner asked for Mexican style tacos after being told that they made those they dont carry onions or cilantro. When he sat down to eat the taco the corn shells were under cooked and soggy. This was a disappointment for him. On top of that I order a chicken bowl and my rice was still crunchy and my chicken was cold. I did not appreciate the response for the gal behind the counter when my partner asked specifically before ordering if they could make the tacos she was rude in her response. I will not return! #shouldhavegonetoqdoba

I have to change my former post for this Chipotle location. It was a one star due to the poor customer service at the time and the food was cold. I have been there twice recently and they seem to have found some better employees and the food was hot and fresh both times. I am happy to say that it seems that the Holland location has found its groove and became a good Chipotle restaurant.

The staff was really friendly and the store was incredibly clean. Ive been to a ton of Chipotles in Ohio and this was my first Michigan experience. The food was fresh and the carnitas and chorizo were cooked perfectly. I went in at 2:30pm and there wasnt a wait like Im used to. I couldnt have had a better experience.

Ordered a steak burrito bowl. The rice , beans and the pico were good. The steak was overcooked flavorless and had been sitting for a good while. My wife enjoyed her chicken bowl and the service was just okay.

There was a line of about 25 people in front of me and I was very impressed by how quickly they got through the line. My Chicken bowl was fresh and delicious. Im so happy to have a Chipotle in Holland!

Ran out of chips and staff had their own stereo in the back which was not the greatest eating experience. Food was decent though. I do love that they have chipotle Tabasco for use on the tables!
