Only Panera Ive been to that cuts off your Internet after 30 min. Ill be sure to stay away from this one. I go to Panera for lunch when I do field work. I had an email I really needed to send for work and had to log in to Belle Tires wifi to do it. To note, I go to Panera often, so the moment I got there, my computer connected. My receipt from ordering says 11:43 and I lost Internet at 12:11. So I clearly wasnt sitting and taking up a table the full 30 min. I got maybe 15 min of work in before they cut me off. Ill drive the extra miles to go to another location next time.

Extremely slow delivery service. Took almost two hours for my delivery to arrive when it was estimated to be 30-40 minutes. I understand that a business can get busy or backed up but at least give your customers a courtesy call if their order is going to late. And when I called in to inquiry about the delivery the person I spoke with didnt seem to care or apologize for the delay. I was planning to have this location do catering for my business in the near future but Im going to take my money elsewhere or to a different Panera location.

The lobby was crowded with people waiting to place an order. They had 1 cashier and 1 at the bakery area. It took over 10 minutes to be waited. Then another 20 to get our order. I overheard the cashier "Chelsey" say to the person delivering food to the tables that she just puts chips or whatever on customers orders, cuz she doesnt want to deal with telling them they are out of something! Very unprofessional and uncaring!

My friends and I come to Panera at least once a week and usually find everything okay. On Saturday of this past week, it was a mess. There were several tables that were not cleaned off the whole time we were there which was around 12:30. A couple coffee pots were completely empty. Maybe the place was understaffed that particular day but it makes me want to try a new place to have lunch next week.

Nice clean place. Food is delicious, portions might be adequate for some, however Ive always found them to be on the small side. My wife is always satisfied with the portions she receives, I always find myself having to order 2 meals to satisfy my hunger. And no Im not a fat guy who just wants an all you can eat buffet. Food is tasty though, and a relatively healthy alternative to other fast food.

I like Panera, but I am constantly frustrated by your unwillingness to sell me a loaf of bread, even when you have it on your shelf. Today I was refused a loaf of sourdough bread, even though you had ten of them. The clerk said you were saving them for sandwiches. Maybe your name should be changed to Panera Sandwich. Once again I leave your restaurant disappointed and wondering why I bother.

CELIACS BEWARE! ! I specifically said "no croutons, Ive got celiacs disease" and I still found a crouton in my salad. After letting the staff know I received another salad, and long and behold, what did I find? Another crouton! I was so upset. Obviously the staff does not care about the public with special dietary needs. I will never go back!

I ordered a bowl of French Onion soup in a bread bowl with a small cup of fruit and a soda pop. My meal came to more than $10. I was given no flatware to eat my soup or fruit. To me the food was good, the service was OK, the price was horrible, and the building seemed to be under repair.

I agree with some of the comments below. I was here on a Saturday around 1pm. It was packed and the place was a mess. Tables, chairs and floors were all very messy. From the time we walked in till the time we got our food was over 30 minutes. Id not go back to this location.

This is my favorite fast food chain. Many delicious healthy options, but beware of the scrumptious muffins, souffles and pastries. you may develop a "bad" habit. The location in Holland on West Shore Dr. Is Definitely my favorite.

They were extremely busy during the lunch rush (Over half an hour behind on the Rapid pickup orders), but they also lost my rapid order when I was there. Have been there a few times during the lunch rush and its always very busy.

Got tomato mozzarella on flatbread, delicious. However ordered apple chips but got potato chips, gave my mocha to my sister and hers to me and forgot to give us straws. Other than that it was nice.

The food is good but the prices are outlandish now. I can go to a sit down restaurant and leave a tip for the same price as Panera. Why are the prices so higher for a sandwich/soup place?
