Ya know, I have always ordered from "The Hut". It is usually one of the first places I call to order pizza. Now that they have the online ordering, I thought it would be an easy way to order a pizza every now and then. I have reconsidered that thought. The quality of the pizza is very unpredictable and the service is off the wall. Many times they do not have the ingredients you want and I got several orders with the wrong toppings. The last order was not even close to being right and the pies were not COOKED FULLY!!! Yeah, cold, half baked bread dough, late, and the wrong sizes. Not only is the pizza crappy and the service bad, their website is not really "friendly". You have to click all around to set up an account, etc, etc. Placing the exact same order a second time takes way too much effort. Also a WARNING!!! Pay attension before you click the ORDER button. If you are not CAREFUL they will PASS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO A 3RD PARTY COUPON SCAM, which starts billing you $12 per month. They trap you by asking if you want a coupon for 10 bucks off your next order. Yeah, there is conveniently microscopic print that says you are signing up for a coupon service, but it is not obvious. I never did get my $10 discount from Pizza Hut and later realized I was locked into a repeating monthly charge against my credit card. I had to send several e-mails to the coupon company to get removed and refunded my money. Sure, they are a kid friendly restaurant as the other reviews their corporate office posted below states, but if you are not taking the kiddies out for some cheap, crappy pizza, or feeding a drunken frat party do not bother with Pizza Hut.

We went for the lunch buffet which was a big mistake after waiting 10 minutes for some one to bring pizza out we went to the manager who walked out to check, like we were lying to him, five minutes later they brought a cheese pizza out that was cold.When we were leaving I told the manager how dissatisfied we were and he just said "thats how it always is" and I said "dont worry about me coming back". Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost.

Store was completely tore down and rebuilt as a pickup/drive thru location around 3-6 months ago. Older reviews are no longer relevant to this location. Works great to call ahead on my way home when Im 15min out and swing thru. The workers are super nice and eager to provide a great experience.

Ordered from here for the 1st time today...my food was delivered to another address and the only thing I was offered was for them to remake my order (which I had already waited an hour for) and get a free 2 liter or cookie....what a joke...definitely wIll never order from here again.

Always slow, quality of food is awful, missing items...however, the drivers are always very nice and respectful. I love Pizza Hut but wont be ordering from this location anymore.

The employees and managers are helpful. Been here many times. Its always good and if or when its not they make up for it always. I look forward to going to this Pizza hut again
