If I could give this location 100 stars I would!! Steven (sp?) the GM is AMAZING! His crew is fantastic! I had a concern with the temperature in the dining room the last time we visited. Its always too cold! I expressed my frustration with Steven and he immediately took my concerns into consideration and made changes. Ive just stopped in again (about a week later) Steven remembered me, commented on the revised thermostat setting and was as kind and friendly as before. The new dining room temp is PERFECT! It was very comfortable and I didnt feel like I was on the North Pole (as I always did on previous visits). THANK YOU, Steven, for listening, taking action and working to make your location my favorite Chipotle!

For quick Mexican I think this is among the best. For a decent lunch that you can actually taste it is not a bad price i.e 8 dollars for a steak or chicken burrito and a 20oz drink. If you are not as hungry the tacos are good as well albeit less filling. It is a similar concept to Qdoba, but I think it has better ingredients. Much better than Taco Bell, which tastes like cardboard IMO.

recently the service and food has been terrible. The food use to be very food but the last five times we have gone there the food has been bland and lack of flavor, also how much we pay for a burrito we should get more then a shot glass size of meat and guacamole price keeps going up, chips are never fresh. I dont think we will be going back anytime soon.

I was a first-time customer and my experience was nothing short of amazing. A last-minute stop on my way to downtown Indy ended up being a really memorable lunchtime treat. The staff was friendly, the food was great and the combination was definitely enough to convince me that a return trip was in order. Highly recommended!

Can get busy. Order online and go to the register instead. Music can be loud. Sometimes you want that sometimes you dont. Food quality is consistently good. I like the green Tabasco sauce so I grab a bottle by the drink machine before getting in line and ask them to put it on while making the burrito.

We love Chipotle, I am not sure any other way to say it. My son asks for it by name, along with his complete order, my wife craves it and we have it 3-5 times a month at least. This particular location is where we consistently get better food and service, which is why I am writing the review.

Overall the experience was a good one. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the food was tasty. I visited shortly following the lunch rush so the meat in my burrito was a bit cold, but not enough to take away from the taste as a whole.

The food is excellent and the service is stunning!! I dont believe they are even in the same class as Qdoba; the food is better and without all the hormones and antibiotics. The portions are generous and the ingredients are always fresh.

I normally love Chipotle, but the servers here werent very friendly. I had to ask the lady 4 times for lettuce, before she sloppily put it on. Dissapointed with the customer service, but the quality of the food is as great as usual.

Food was good and the service was fast. The dining area is really small. We had 5 people in our group and it was difficult to find a table big enough for us. Since the tables are bolted down we couldnt put two tables together.
