Apparently they have one handed old ladies working there that are left there without good help. At least thats what the rude old lady tells you when you call to order as well as lets you know she needs to leave for an appointment and nobody will come in to take her shift. After griping about the store and other managers she will take your order. Dont get delivery cause it wont get there fast but dont get carryout if shes there. If old lady voice answers, just find something else to eat.

Be prepared for a very rude lady who often answers the phone and will hang up as if customer service is nowhere on her radar. Pizza always arrives later than usual and youre lucky if it arrives warm (it wont be hot). Order from off post establishments only. Notice how all the 5star rating have short reviews or NONE at all. Its probably the workers trying to improve the overall score rather than improve the service quality - pathetic. Dine at your own risk.

How do I say poor or how do I find a word that is well below poor? I ordered for my nephews and for some reason 1hr turned into over 2+ hours had to Order them Chinese off post.. This isnt the first time but it sure is my last ordering from them on base...I would say customer service sucked but never got any so I cant even rate it....order at your own risk. Consider yourself formally warned

Tried to order from the pizzahut off post because of the reviews. They told me that they didnt deliver to Fort Knox so I had to order from the on post Pizza Hut. I called and had really good service over the phone, they told me itd be a 45 min wait. The pizza arrived in 30min, it was also got. The man who delivered myself was friendly and professional. Pizza wasnt half bad either.

I bought pizza, took home without looking it the store first. It was half burned. Bad customer service and the old lady who said she is the store manager is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Believe we went there for full one year because of the location convince but no more since last Christmas in 2016. Fort Knox mwr needs to look into it...bad business!

Not the first time that my food is over an hour late and still not here. Obviously this location does not care at all about customer service. UPDATE : We called and they claimed that someone knocked on our door and we didnt answer. Im just amazed that they managed to slip past me while I was waiting out front.

Agree, this place is rude, has poor customer service and the pizza is never hot when dropped off.. More often than not, they dont answer the phone either making it nearly impossible to make a phone in order... Very low hiring standards which shows in this quality of service

Was hung up on by a very rude lady and price was different every time I ordered even tho I ordered the same thing ordered from this location once or twice a week and will not be going as much do to this experience THE MANAGER SAID SHE TOOK XANAX BEFORE COMING TO WORK

I have ordered (and paid for) dipping sauces for breadsticks or wings five times in the past three months, and not ONCE have they delivered it. I suggest choosing the carry out option because they are incapable of maintaining the slightest attention to detail.

Amazing. Evertime 100% fresh and hot pizza even with delivery Anytime i ever had a problem they fixed it right away with either a discount or extra toppings for free. Extremely fast delivery this is the only pizza place i buy from. Pam is the best.

This place sucks, 2 hrs to deliver a damm cold pizza. They are always having issues that they are tu busy this and that, HIRE MORE WORKERS, otherwise you just going to keep losing customers.

An order for immediate delivery took 70 minutes to arrive. They forgot the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with the bread sticks. Things tasted fine though.
