Absolutely disgusted with the service I received this evening. After my order was placed online, I was called by them and told they would not deliver to me. I live 3 blocks away from this store. They claimed that my neighborhood is not safe after dark. It was still light outside. After the person I spoke to on the phone openly offered to let me speak to their manager (which is not endearing, b the way, it only shows you either lack faith in your own ability to handle the interaction or that you just cant be bothered to take care of it yourself), they finally assented to adjust the order to a carryout. My roommate went in 15 minutes later (the timeframe they cited over the phone for the order to be completed), where they then proceeded to ignore his existence for a lengthy period of time, even going so far as to serve other patrons who came in after he did before acknowledging he was there. When they finally realized he was there (Hes 62", 280 lbs, so hes not easy to miss), they explained that the order still was not ready. When they went to finish the order, it was realized that they had screwed up one of the pizzas (left off spinach). Instead of remaking the pizza to properly cook the spinach, they simply dumped a pile of it onto the finished pizza and sent it out the door. I find their lack of a customer-focused attitude not only distasteful, but downright insulting. I work in food service, and even on my worst days I do everything in my power to make sure that regardless of whether my customer had that magical experience, they at least got the quality product they came in to purchase. If something was messed up, I do everything I can within reason to fix it, and remaking an order is among the first lines of defense in my arsenal. I will not be purchasing from this, or any other, Pizza Hut location until such time as they make definitive and observable changes in the manner they conduct their business. It is interactions like these that tarnish the hard work people like myself do to give food service workers a better reputation.

They had some new kitchen staff working there this evening, and it was taking longer than usual to get my pizza made. The manager on duty, Leslie, called me before my pizza was due to be delivered to apologize and assure me that my pizza would be here as soon as it was made correctly. I have never had a pizza place call me to let me know why it was taking a little longer, and I think it should be common practice! I really appreciated that. About 10 minutes after the call, my pizza arrived made perfectly (admittedly Im hard to please as I dont eat dairy, meat, etc.) My delivery guy, Ray, again apologized and assured me that the pizza was correct. Every person I dealt with at this location was super nice and polite. If Im in the area again, this will be my go to pizza delivery! Thanks for being awesome!

This pizza hut must only hire someone if their IQ is in the negatives. Everyone we came into contact with at this location was an idiot. We requested no cheese on the pasta, and buffalo drizzle on one of the pizzas. This confused them so they cancelled the order. What. The. Hell. Who does this?? So we called and they had to place the order over the phone. Well, we finally get the pizza 2 hours after our original order, and one of the pizzas has NO pizza sauce and instead of a buffalo drizzle, they replaced the pizza sauce with buffalo sauce?? What. And then we had no marinara sauce for our breadsticks either. That + the ingredients seemed like they were sitting out all day. Horrible pizza, stupid people, Pizza Hut.

Poor customer service ....tried again, 4 years later.JADE is the rudest person I have ever ran into in a restaurant or customer service. My food was cold and she said to "then put it in the microwave". Are you serious. She also asked the GM Teresa Purcell what to do and she said "nothing " Refused to replace our food that took an hour to get to us after the drive called from a wrong address. Horrible horrible service. FIRE JADE AND RETRAIN TERESA PURCELL OR FIRE HER TOO!!!

Horrible experience! Received a confirmation number and a time my order would arrive but it never showed up. No one called or anything so 15 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive I called the store and a woman answered and said thanks for calling pizza hut were closed and hung up on me without giving me a chance to speak. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to thier customers.

I have constantly placed orders through this location and numerous times waited twice as long than their estimated delivery time, tonight it was estimated 25-30 minutes and has turned into 1hour and 15 minutes and still no food. When I called, the employee told me they were just now making my order and it would be another 30 minutes. Horrible service, do not give time frames if you can not follow through with the request.

found hair in my food. Ashley, the manager, had her hair down, no hair net or hat, making pizzas, and had a sour attitude. She argued with me about it. They lost my business. I will not be going back
