Normally good besides things like not getting my order exactly right but this time was horrible. They were having debit machine trouble and had my drink ready for 5 minutes while i waited to get my card and drink. They gave up and gave me my card and said "our machine broke" and turned around and dumped the drink in the trash. They didnt warn any of the customers who were ordering on drive through and i counted 3 people waiting who would be disappointed soon. Bad customer service.

I just wanted to say that the service was terrible and looking around the place was dirty! You would think that with all the employees they had standing around on their cell phones, someone would have came to the counter and greeted me instead of having to wait 5 minutes for service. After all this, when I received my smoothie, it was more like a slushy. I have been to other tropical smoothies out of town and loved it but this one I will never return to.

I had an excellent experience at the Daphne location. First time at the Mobile location off Dauphin wasnt so great. I waited in the drive thru so long that 3 cars in front of me pulled off without ordering. Once I finally got to the window 2 different people tried to cash me out. Then another worker asked if Id been helped. After about 5-7 mins, a 4th person gave me my smoothie, then I waited another 3-4 mins for my sandwich

This place never gets an order right. We stopped going because of it and just tried again today hoping they fixed their many problems, and what do you know the order was wrong and I said it 3 times. Seriously pathetic.

Good healthy food! We used to frequent this franchise in VB and we really liked this one here in Mobile. We normally get the Toucan Delight and it is no longer offered and they made it for us. Made us feel special! ;)
