This is my favorite Resteraunt in Mobile. The Sunflower salad is amazing. The cilantro dressing is to DIE for. And when you add grilled shrimp to either this salad or the Greek salad- which has the most delicious grilled veggies- it is the most amazing meal that actual heals you and makes you feel great!!! And the staff are the nicest, most knowledgeable about health, and actually care. You can also add the delicious chicken salad to either salad!! Yummmm!! And I always love to try the specials!!! I just cant say enough about this Sunflower Cafe and Virginias health food store!!! Wonderful folks, wonderful food!!!

Very small dining area. Place caters more to 35+ age self conscious ladies mostly. Also have to be a negative zero size to work there. I will say the girl that waited on us was very beautiful.
