I had a job their and within 2 weeks I was fired. Nobody trained me at all if they did they sucked at it. I was at McDonalds working for 2 long years and than I started working at tropical smoothie of course Im not gonna get the hang of it right away. All the manager was rude as all get out. They put in drive thru right away cause they like how sweet I was. But you know it takes time for a person to learn a brand new job. I guess they didnt wanna train nobody also they fired me on pay day. I would never wanna try a Smoothie or food from them. They suck and they have poor service. But the workers are sweet just not the shift leaders.

I first started getting my smoothies at Tropical Smoothie in 1999 when I moved to Tallahassee and have been a fan every since; by far the best and healthiest smoothies that you can buy. My experience at this location was just fine. For the person who complained about waiting in line and then not having a well-blended smoothie - did you bother to ask them to blend it more for you? And better food takes longer to prepare. Get off your butt and go inside. Ignore that review...the place is excellent and Mobile is lucky to have a place like this.

I love the peaches and silk so much that I buy one every other day. The last two I bought were horrible. The first one wasnt even peach, it was all strawberry then I got one today with protein and it taste like I am drinking pure protein powder. For almost $7, I expect it to be yummy.. step up your game or I will have to find somewhere else to buy my smoothies.

I decided to come through the drive-thru today after my bad experience with the poor service of my last visit. Drive-thru service wasnt any better. I had to wait in line for at least 15 minutes & when I received my smoothie, it was poorly blended. Will not be returning.

Wonderful food, great desserts, great service. They have a wide variety of delicious and healthy food items for you to choose from. Sometimes service can be slow because of long lines, but if any food chain restaurant is popular, this is to be expected.

Refilled my drink and unfortunately/luckily seen small bugs floating on the top. Very concerned with the cleanliness of this establishment. Based off of price and quality I much rather prefer Smoothie King, since I wasnt to fond of the food.

I dont hate the place, i just ordered a island fresh, and when i got in the car it didnt have any taste whatsoever, i had somewhere to be at a certain time so i couldnt go back in to address it. This my 2nd time here.

The cashier couldnt hear customers at the drive thru speaker causing everyone to place orders at the window and experience a longer wait than usual but she was extremely sweet and apologetic. I enjoyed her service!
