My first visiting was today and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Located in a non descript area. Small restaurant but nice and clean on the inside. Tables for seating. The guy working was very friendly and sociable. I got my usual jamaican fare of oxtails - the meal came with cabbage/veggies, rice and peas, and cornbread. Sadly they didnt have any plaintains or yams today. They had their own juice and other jamaican drinks. He even left me get a few pieces of curry goat - the curry was not super spicy, it tasted really good. Good serving portion - good size pieces of meat. Food was not salty or tough. Good seasoning and tender. Food was really good, even though its a hour drive, Ill be willing to return.

authentic jamaican food and great service. it didnt take us long to get our food. I really like the jamaican beef patties and the fresh homemade jamaican juice. prices are reasonable and you have the option to get a small or large plate. Note- this place is kind of hard to find if you are looking just on the main road because its on the side road...look just past the Asian Market.

MS. Evelyns cooking is wonderful. Everything is always so tasty and fresh. I have yet to meet one of her dishes that I didnt fall in love with. We really liked our lunch. I was able to get a vegetarian plate: rice, beans, mixed vegetable, and delicious corn cake. Best of all was the fresh home-made juice; I could have drank a gallon of it. Its in an old building, but everything is patched, painted, and clean. The restrooms are immaculate.

Great food! Super friendly owner who is always smiling. Jerk chicken, brown stew chicken and ox tail are all perfect. Ive been back tons of times and will return many more. I love jamaican food and this does not dissappoint.

Googled Jamaican food and this place popped up. Lets just say Im happy it did. Good food and the owner is just sweet as candy. I tried the jerk pork and my wife the ox tails plus meat pies to go. Will be back

The food is authentic and the staff is extremely friendly. Its hole in the wall sized but definitely worth the flavor. Prices to me are very reasonable for the portions youll get.
