Despite all the positive things that Ive heard about this place, I had a bad experience when I decided to go to Asian Garden and see for myself. I went inside with a friend one day and ordered some crab rangoons and hot & sour soup. A few hours later, I had a serious stomachache that resulted in nausea and diarrhea the very next day. I was a little skeptical as to if it was the crab rangoons and/or hot & sour soup, but I had not had anything out of the ordinary earlier that day. So, I concluded that it was the Chinese food as it is not something I eat everyday. Recently, Ive heard that Asian Garden was closed for 15 days due to renovations. I only wish that they werent closed due to issues regarding the health department. Nonetheless, I wont be ordering from them again and putting my health at risk in doing so.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Mobile. Not amazing, or anything, but I always enjoy it. If you go during thier busy times, prepare to wait for a loooong time. Service is usually friendly (maybe too much, sometimes). I always get the Shanghai chicken. Oh yea, and my favorite part is the price, lol. The price is very reasonable, especially lunch. And the portions for dinner are generous. Only way to beat the price, around here, is buffet, and I dont like asian food buffets.

I have been craving a well cooked asain/chinese noodle for a good while but im always dissappointed until now, I know that from now on I will only get my Lo Mein from this restaurant!! Hands down the best I have ever had!!! The atmosphere is great, service is excellent and if your a tea drinker.. well thats great too! Great experience!!!!!!!

The food is good and definitely not your standard buffet fare. Their biggest problem is their kitchen is SLOW! Be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get your food. Service is passable, but nothing to get excited about. Seems most people call in their orders so the kitchen gets overwhelmed quickly and easily.

We have looked for 20 year to find a good Hot & Sour soup we loved in Texas, move here a few months ago , the great thing happen we found the soup or very close to at Asian Garden, and everything we have tried has been very good , the service Is very fast and friendly also, all around GREAT PLACE TO VISIT.

This is the best Chinese food on the gulf coast. Having traveled many places, eating authentic Asia food, and experiencing the warm hearted hospitality of Asian culture- I am happy to say that I live in a city that meets the international standard! Wonderful staff, amazing food and great price points.

I really hope this place is here to stay! The food is delicious, the decor is quite lovely, and the servers are fantastic. I love how fresh their veggies are and how absolutely incredible the food is. The only negative is that they are closed on Mondays- I want their food EVERY DAY!

I purchased a sesame chicken dinner at 1.00 pm Saturday got home at 1.15 pm tasted the chicken internal food temperature was luke warm the chicken was so tuff I could not eat it it when straight in the trash can. .the rice was good. Wasted money. First and last visit.

Fantastic place. No buffet- everything is cooked to order and arrives fresh, hot and very quickly. Pleasant staff with great service. Very clean restaurant with extremely comfortable seating and actual tablecloths on the tables! Best around! Try it!

Fabulous service. Great atmosphere and possibly the best Asian food in Mobile! So good that I had to order a takeout meal for later after I finished my dine in meal. Highly recommend for great food cooked fresh and not sitting on a Buffett.

Quaint and semi gourmet with a traditional Chinese fare that Americans know well. The staff are more than welcoming and very eager to make sure you are comfortable. I had the beef and broccoli which tasted fresh and served hot.

Absolutely delicious. Consistently good food and fast service. I highly recommend the Shanghai Chicken or the Bulgolgi. Though its not listed on the menu, you can ask for everything to be served spicy (the default is very mild).

Absolutely one of the best Chinese restaurant in town (besides Golden Bowl). It is not your cookie cutter Chinese take out. I love thire own take on American-Chinese classics as well as more genuine Cantonese cousin.
