Do not eat here. When they first opened the food was excellent. It has been downhill from there. One of the last times I ate here, I went and picked up my order got home and it was completely wrong. I took the order back and they re-cooked it. When I got home I realized they had left the rice and wontons and egg rolls and only replaced the chicken dish. Therefore all of my food was cold by the time I actually got to eat it. They offered nothing in return not even an apology They simply said if you want to bring it back we will cook you knew food. A week or so later I decided to try it again. I ordered the same exact thing and they prepared it wrong again!!! The delivery man took it back across the street with him and when he brought it back, they had use the same cooked chicken they brought me the first time instead they simply battered and fried it. It was completely in edible. When I called him back and told him I just wanted a refund they refused and said they could make me something else but they would not give me my money back. So when I get off work I had to go across the street and argued with the "Manager" for ten minutes. They refused to give me my money back and I ended up leaving I will never eat here again beware disgusting disgusting disgusting gross gross gross food.

Firstly I would like to point out that I was given a 45 minute window on delivery and it took an hour. Secondly I would like to say that I ordered "house specialty" Chow Mein, instead of stir fried noodles however I received Ramen noodles. Besides this obvious terrible experience already the food arrived in a dish that looked a lot like a lean cuisine container. The container wouldnt be that bad if it didnt taste like it was microwaved just like a lean cuisine meal. The best part about this meal was the fortune cookie, however I didnt need to read my future for I knew a bathroom was the only future I would have for quite a while. P.S. This meal costed me $21.00 with the inclusion of a $5.00 tip I gave the driver during the ordering of my food. (Oh how I wish I could take it back) if you like this food then save the money buy ramen and frozen vegetables and heat it up in the microwave and serve to your guests...not that you will ever have any guests after this.

The food is great and I know theres bad reviews but this place is off the hook! If you dine in they prepare the food on an amazing looking dish that will make you feel special! The customer service is a solid 10/10 with the co-owner being super funny when shes scared or super busy and its so hilarious :D The head manager is a great guy and treats people like family right when they walk in so if you get greeted by him you will have a nice smile on your face! All in all this place deserves a chance to be put on the map despite its reviews(it could fix a few things though) like; the fruit flies and no buffet (this is most likely due to the business) and some minor personal nidbits of mine. Order take out, delivery or even dine in! Its worth it! Oh did I mention low prices? :O

Went there for the first time with my son. Let me start out by saying that the service is wonderful! Ordered crab Rangoon as an appetizer. They were delicious- however, I would suggest more crab in the Crab Rangoon. They were mainly cream cheese Rangoon. We both ordered the lunch specials. He got teriyaki chicken on a stick with brown rice and I got sesame chicken with yellow rice and an egg roll. He didnt like the chicken on the stick. I did not care for the egg roll or the yellow rice. What happened to good old fashioned vegetable fried rice?? My sesame chicken had like 10 sesame seeds on the whole order... Seriously, what is that? Its a tease. The best part were the cakes. I got the Alabama Coffee Cake and He got the Strawberry Cake. Both delicious!!

My food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the beef and broccoli and had to send it back because it had no flavor or sauce on it. So they replaced it with General Taos chicken. It is supposed to be spicy and one section of on piece of chicken was extremely spicy and the rest has no spicy whatsoever. It was sweet like it had sugar on it same with the rice. So I called again and had some woman screaming in the background saying she will come to my house to. "Tell me whats up". I found out this is the manager. They would not give a refund and tried to replace the order again but it is almost 11pm. I am extremely displeased by this business and their behavior and food

This place is not the cleanest and dont expect a buffet. The prices are good and that is about all that is good. The General Tsos chicken and the rice all tasted burnt. And by the way if you order fried rice here, dont expect to get what you would get anywhere else. It is just a scoop of rice soaked in soy sauce, no veggies, no egg, nothing else. Perhaps the worst part was the fact that when the food came out a swarm of gnats or fruit flies came out with it. I can only imagine what the kitchen must be like. Save yourself the heartache and just go across the street to the mall. You will find better options there.

Whos ever heard of a Chinese place that doesnt have fried rice??? They were good a few years ago, but they have become horrible. I ordered sweet and sour pork with brown fried rice. The pork was hard and rubbery, like it was microwaved. The rice was just plain brown rice. It was basically like instant brown rice. I called to ask them about the rice. I told them there was nothing in the rice. They said they dont do fried rice with anything in it anymore. Seriously!?!? Not to mention, the delivery guy looked like a homeless person. He smelled really bad too, and this is the person bringing me my food?

Dont go here. The food was bad. The prices were mediocre. The experience was horrible. When I went in the employees were all sitting around watching tv on laptops and only half of the tables open, the rest were taken up by employees. There were grocery bags of receipts laying around and the walls were plastered with hospital maps and other random non-related stuff. And to top it all off they actually brought out my carry out order in an Armor-All box that had been cut in half! No joke.

My experience was terrible. My food was disgusting. I ordered a sweet and sour combo, and once I got my food, I realized that they forgot my crab ragoon. My rice was undercooked, and the chicken had blood specs in the middle. The sweet and sour sauce literally tasted like human blood. I was very disappointed with my food. Once I told the people, they refused to give me a refund. I dont recommend anyone on earth to buy this nasty, and inhuman food! Im sick to my stomach

Was told that I "talk too much" and to "call the police if the food was bad". I was then told to "take the food and just come back when the manager arrives". The actual manager shows up and his response to the horrible customer service was that the manager in charge was not the manager and that "she was not authorized to speak as the manager" yet she told me all of that in a matter of 30 seconds of me asking how the situation would be handled.
