They over charged my debit card. I called and she told me over and over again how wrong I was. I told her that I would double check, and call back. I did, and called back and explained the situation very nicely over and over again. Her suggestion was to sue her. Yes, I clarified. I asked for the manager and she refused to put me on the phone with them. I chewed her out, and hung up. I went home with my food, and TRIED (I was fuming) to enjoy my dinner with my family. I received a call from different phone number seeming to want to resolve the situation. We went round and round about how wrong I was. She then mentioned that she was just a friend of the other woman trying to explain the situation. I was under the impression that I was speaking with a manager. Nope. It was her homegirl calling to tell me how wrong I was. Rude, unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional.

My wife was very reluctant to try Taiwan Chinese Restaurant (we call it Jennys) because she is not big on Chinese food. I was a little worried by the atmosphere, thinking it would be like the places in the malls. After eating the wontons, I quickly realized that this was not your mall food court type Chinese food. My wife loves the cashew and garlic chicken and I love everything I have tried. Mrs. Jenny will treat you like family and welcome you like your their best customer. You have to try this place!

Best egg rolls Ive ever had!!! For me that says a lot because Ive never liked them. All the food was abundantly fresh. Most Chinese always tastes like its sat and marinated for several days which is kind of gross. Dilivery guy was very nice, overall good experience. Im new to the area and defiantly choose them for my Chinese delivery. The only down side was the front desk girl was way to ditzy and I ended up with an entirely different order. Delivery guy said shes new so no I biggie!

It has been quite a while since the last time my boyfriend or I have had Chinese food and after coming here we both realized it was well worth the wait. Everything was delicious and fresh and the very sweet lady, Ms. Jenny, even gave us free dessert! I would recommend the Mongolian Beef, Spring Rolls, Fried Wontons and Sesame Chicken to anyone, even if you dont like Chinese. The best place for dining in or takeout, hands down!

They delivered food that smelled like diesel! Luckily it was in a plastic bag. Frid rice was awful, egg rolls were mediocre! Crab rangoons too sweet and I didnt taste any meat! I thought General Chaos chicken was spicey! I wont go to thr restaurant now that I know the delivery food is worst Ive had! I tipped the driver $5. Small price to pay for the lesson I learned!! I would recommend this place to NO ONE!!!!!

We ordered delivery last night and got the Sesame Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Crab Rangoons. Everything tasted AWESOME! This is some of the best take-out Ive ever had. It took a little while for the food to arrive (almost an hour) but it was well worth the wait. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

The sweet and sour chicken is my favorite! Its not to breaded like alot of other Chinese restraunts. The chicken always taste fresh and its nice and cripsy. The rice and the crab wontons is more favorites too. I think anything from here would be great!

Just ate here for the first time. A casual and quiet place. Everything we had was delicious and served hot by friendly staff. Im difficult to please so this is high praise indeed. Ill definitely come back and tell my friends about it too.

My husband and I went to Taiwan Chinese Restaurant March 5, 2013 for our wedding anniversary. We LOVED it. She was very nice. It was very nice to look at her family through out the years. This is the best non buffet in mobile.

Excellent service. The food isnt greasy, its lighter, theyll customize my order for me. When I go in to pick it up, theyre always there to greet me with a smile. Hands down the best Chinese place in West Mobile.

Out favorite Chinese food in the Southeast. We had a family in Jacksonville, Florida that was this good but they closed. Havent found any that compared to be as good until we found this place. Highly recommend.

Good authentic Chinese/Taiwanese food. Nothing fancy about the place..but the food is always good. If you like spicy you will have to ask them to kick it up a notch.
