First of all in the very beginning of our dining experience we waited a lot longer than we should have for our drink order and again for our food. When the chef finally did come out no one turne the grill for the hibachi on so he left because he couldnt cook. He burnt the fried rice so bad it was crispy and sticking to my teeth. I ordered teriyaki chicken and there was nothing "teriyaki" about it. But then toward the end of the meal our chef made a comment that "he doesnt cook for Mexicans or african Americans, only white people." In no way was that acceptable, I am a white person and I was extremely uncomfortable hearing that. This is whats wrong with the racism in America.

Not a good value for the price. I ordered hibachi filet w/scallops combo. Poor quality and quantity of filet and only came with 2-1/2 scallops. $36 including 20% tip for one person. Rice, meat and veggies and shrimp sauce are nowhere near as good as Stix. I was shocked that the rice was not even good. It tasted like stanky dish water with soy sauce mixed in. The soup and salad were the only items that compared to Stix or other higher quality Japanese restaurants. The server was very nice, but the entree came out 5 minutes after the soup and salad, so it was obvious all pre-cooked. Not cool for a higher priced meal - imho.

The food is great. Equivalent to stix if not better. Came out fast and hot when sitting in a booth not at the grill. Lunch prices are wonderful. Owners are poor. They say they serve lunch until 3 PM (7.99 plate) but stop allowing people to order OR EVEN SEE the lunch menu (when dinner plate is 18.99). We were able to order lunch at 2:45(after confronting them) but we watched them rip off a bunch of teenagers. Thats pretty sad. They should change their advertisement to lunch ends at 2:45. I hate when people rip off kids because they can.

My family dined here tonight as new patrons, and we enjoyed our experience. The dinner menu prices were Very Inexpensive (family of 5, with hibachi filet & chicken combinations = $93!!!) compared to other Japanese restaurants (easily spending $125+). Each course had a nice presentation and everything was delicious. It was also a treat to have an entertaining grill master, Ataru, extremely fluent with English. We will definitely return!

They have poor customer service. Me and a friend dined here and thry gave a portion of our shrimp to ppl who didnt even order it. Then when we decided to dine elsewhere they charged us $5.28 for the complimentary soup and salad we did not oder. Please dont go here if your are like me which Im particular about my food and the preparation. Not snobby just dont like to feel cheated. DONT DINE HERE 2017 PLEASE

If you call in your order YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS. Ive called several time and talked to the same lady, she has no grasp of whats on the menu. When ordering sushi hilariously she tells me " we dont have that you called Yuki, this is a Japanese restaurant" Food is great atmosphere is good. The face of the business when you call in is terrible. She seems nice but lady you had one job.

My favorite shush place, love it been there for so many years, food is always the same, good nice people, clean, I love the shrimp sauce is delicious, my favorite dishes are the yum yum roll good portions, Albama roll, sesame chicken, spring rolls are good too. Disappointed in the service we had during out last visit. Waited 30 minutes longer than the hostess said the wait was. Waited for the waitress to get our orders and again for cook to come to the grill. Food was not as good as it has been in the past.

Great food! People compare this restaurant to Stix and Sumo but it really holds merit in its own right. The food is good and about the same price as Sumo; however, the feel is much warmer and the service seems and feels more personal.

I was taken here for my 22nd birthday and enjoyed my experience. I ordered off of the sushi menu and even though they were close to closing I was still provided with a warm and welcoming experience and the sushi was GREAT!

Yuki is an awesome place to eat. The lady up front who does to-go orders is so sweet &everytime I come in there she always gets my to-go order correct. I recommend Yuki. Not to mention- they have great lunch specials.

The cook rushed to cook the food and I brought my kids to enjoy the show. Vegetables were chewy and they asked if we wanted boxes when we just started eating. Restaurant was pretty empty, makes sense.
