Honestly, I was initally intrigued by the sushi train until I realized the temperature was less than cool inside where the sushi was stored. Upon trying one (against my better judgement), the rice was sticky and warm and it took everything I had to swallow it down. Luckily, I had ordered the Godzilla roll which is fried so I felt safe eating it but I was served 5 pieces when it advertised 6 pieces. I had one of my spicy tuna rolls and gave up. My date ordered yellowtail sushi and tuna and although it was cool to touch it looked very old and the colors of the fish concerned us so it was left undisturbed. The service was fine aside from the fact they left a cart with dirty dishes in the middle of the dining room with uncleaned tables. When the next couple walked in, they had to get it out of the way first because they couldnt sit them down. I am kicking myself for not doing better research than google especially with decent places down the road.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! Went here on Saturday night I understand restaurants are busy on weekends. The waitress was extremely rude from the get go. Would not take time to listen to our order instead kept walking off while we were mid sentence. Waited 15 min for a high chair another 15 for her to take our order. After we placed our order we waited for 45 min without her coming back to let us know what was going on. We got up to pay for our drinks and leave. The waitress then informed us our order had been ready and shell put them in boxes for us to take with us. No thanks. There were only two other tables in the whole place. Will not be going back.

Osaka is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxed and classy. Its very clean and well managed. The sushi conveyor belt is so neat, it was the first time I had seen one. It goes around at a perfect speed, all the different items are marked with a sign so you know exactly whats coming up and can keep an eye out for whatever you want to grab. There is also dessert on the train. A lovely selection of mousse and cakes. The portions are absolutely perfect. Very healthy. I cant recommend it enough!!!

I love eating here. The staff is super friendly and courteous. If there is a wait its not long. My favorite part is that it has a sushi train. Its so cool to be able to sit down and just wait for the sushi you want to come on a conveyor belt. Their soup and sushi is pretty delicious and I like that they also have a dessert on the train. All in all, Id definitely recommend. If I have the money I try to go at least once a week. Worth it!

Ordered tuna sashimi, edamame, and teriyaki chicken on a stick. The chicken was the best in regards to flavor but a bit overcooked. The sashimi wasnt the highest quality and I was a bit disappointing. In addition the edamame was a bit under-cooked but not terrible. Overall the food was lacking in flavor and quality. I will probably not be going back.

Good food I like to stuff myself Rude employee insulted us when my friend found a hair in his food, personally Id still eat it because I dont care food is food, but hes a germaphobe and she took his plate and didnt even get him a new one. I have bad social anxiety and even though I like it there Im scared of going back because of that experience.

Great sushi! Not expensive at all. I like the "sushi train" that brings the food right to the table. Just take whatever you like off the train, or order from the menu. There is a good selection for anybody, young or old. Even if you dont like sushi you can still have a good meal and a good time here.

I was initially thrown off by the train of sushi that circled around the restaurant, but what we ordered off the menu was very good, so I would assume the sushi conveyor sushi was alright as well. This is not an upscale place, but will do when you are craving sushi at an affordable price.

Its okay seems like it seems like it started off great now it kind of leveling out one a scale of 1-10 with gas station sushi at a 1 and yuki at a 10 its about a 5 about the same as showgun now shotgun has went down on quality

Its okay for the price. The sushi conveyor belt is a nice touch that I saw in a couple of places in Japan. If you dont see something on the conveyor that you want, let the staff know and theyll get it for you.

This is literally the worst meal I have ever purchased. Rice was stale and oily. Veggies were soggy. Flavor was all around terrible. Afriad sushi is going to make me sick. Please do not waste your money here.

Terrible experience..... terrible service, apps finally showed up as we were leaving... drinks stayed empty, and took an hour to leave had to beg for our check. .. sushi is mediocre at best

Ordered bento take out. No soup and no salad in the bag. Squid salad looks like it was the last spoon in the kitchen. Wasnt even busy that day.
