The food and service at this location was very good. The peanuts are an odd touch. A little too Logans Roadhouse for me, without all the shells on the floor. Fries cooked in peanut oil are a great thing, though. My primary issue with FG is the price. Theres no argument that the food isnt good, because it is. Maybe even better than any other burger joint around. But to me theres just no real/good reason for a burger, fries, and drink to cost 14-15 bucks. I can eat at Back Yard Burgers or Hardees for almost half that price and their burgers and fries are more than good enough to compete with FG. The food is good enough for four stars, but the price drops it to two and will keep me away except maybe on an every other month trip, if that.

Ordered online. Went to pick it up and wasnt ready. Then got home and didnt have the order right. Where is the grilled onions & BBQ sauce I ordered on my grilled cheese? So paid $4 bucks for soggy bread & cheese. Not the first time our order was incorrect but last time ate there so it was taken care of by the manager. Dont know if go there again! UPDATE: Called the manager about the mistake in the order. Said next time I came in to get a free meal. I thought I would give them another chance. Nope they forgot to put BBQ sauce on my grilled cheese & onion sandwich and it was still was soggy and gross.

The burgers are great, the fries are even better. And about those fries, if youve never been to a Five Guys before, just know that the fry orders are huge, even in the smallest size. Its probably best to come as a group and share an order of them. Thats not to say you couldnt eat an order of fries by yourself, theyre so good youre likely to not even notice how much youre eating, but thats just the problem in itself.

A smaller Five Guys, but it makes it more personal, I think. Outdoor seating available. The food always comes out fast and just right. The employees are all friendly. If youve ever thought of trying a Five Guys burger, you should try one. Even if you dont go to this location. But this location does get my stamp of approval, for sure.

Great stuff! First time at a 5 guys. Will definitely return. The staff were extremely nice, and the service was fast despite the line. 2 small complains that dont affect my rating: Bathrooms are small and only allow 1 person to use them at a time. Also, they had the A/C on really cold. Mustve been about 63-64 degrees in there.

Love five guys burgers as a chain. This was been my least favorite one Ive been to. Wasnt busy when I went and there was still a 10+ minute wait. There was no clean table for me to sit at, and while delicious overall the burger was charred on the edges. If I had to pick between 2 five guys, I would pick the other one.

One of the best Greasy chain burger joints in town. Little pricey for what you get but if you split a large fries (a lunch sack full) with with the table you can save! Fries and burgers made from scratch and oh so yummy! floor is greasy and seating is okay but its really all about the burger not the ambiance!

The food was average at best expensive for what it is and the employees were very rude especially the lady taking the orders we will not be back to this location because of the rude employees the one in Pigeon Forge was very nice clean and friendly. hope this location closes

Its what you expect from Five Guys. Big greasy burgers, awesome fries, quick service. Of the 40+ times Ive been there Ive only had to wait longer than usual once. Since they do coom the burgers fresh to order, if you dont feel like waiting I recommend ordering online!

Delicious burgers with your pick of fresh toppings. The fries here are my favorite indulgence-try them with with salt and vinegar-yum! Very impressed with the customer service here; from the cashier to the cooks. Well-stocked condiments and clean environment.

I downloaded the app which allows you to specify your pick up time. What a joke! Each of the three times Ive arrived at the pickup time, my food wasnt ready. In fact I had to wait 15 minutes each time just received.
