Went there for a night out with the hubby tonight seeing as we have a 6 month old who is teething we needed a night out. Well when we first came in we were not even greeted I had to walk up to the desk and intrupt their conversation and tell them it was just the two of us for them to even acknowledge us after that we got sat at the worse possible table right in front of the kitchen where we couldnt even hear each other talk because all you heard is coming out hot and them talking about orders ( let me just add that they were not packed at all we walked pass probably 12 empty tables) so we get seated and the waitress comes to the tables ask us what we want to drink 10 mins go bye and she finally shows back up with them drops them off and walks to her other table which is her only other table besides us then disappears ahe finally comes back and asks if we are ready to order i told her I wanted to order an app and she writes it down then takes my food order and mid sentence she stops me and says let me go put this app in first another 10 mins goes by she finally comes back and takes the rest of our order she walks off dont see her again for another 20 mins besides her going to her other table across from us completely ignoring us then a very nice gentleman brings us our app out I really wish I would have got his name because he was so friendly and even brought me a drink refill that has been empty every time our waitress walked pass finally someone else brings out our food and I inform him that we never got our salads and I guess the waitress heard me telling him that cause then all of a sudden she remembered that we were her table also and rushed to the kitchen to get them once she dropped them off it was like we were even there again but she walked passed us at least 3 times to her other table never asked us how the food was or if she could refill my empty tea once we finished eating we had to sit there for over 20 mins before she showed back up again and asked if we wanted our check another 15 mins for her to come back with that as she was bringing her other table salads and biscuits Togo and then had to go back and get them dressings like she honestly made us feel like we didnt belong and we were wasting her time when my husband makes more than over half the people in there and you cant always judge a book by it cover once she brought us our card and receipt she never even said have a goodnight or anything just thossed it on the table and went back to the kitchen to grab something for her other table we will not be back to this location

OMG, I am so frustrated! I started my birthday week off celebrating at Red Lobster. I saw the salmon, lobster and shrimp online and was so eager to eat it. I ordered zucchini and squash and tomatoe mozzarella caprese. Lord Jesus this food was so ridiculous. It was so salty, they had squash no zucchini, no mushrooms to just order stuffed mushrooms. They told me the truck didnt come. I swear, I think I need to fast the rest of my birthday to avoid a catastrophe. This Young Lady Jody was so nice, until she interrupted me when I was trying to explain how Red Lobster ended up being my first choice. She said, "Wait a minute, wait a minute, its not that bad. We only had two things that you didnt want. I wish she had I just been sincere and silent. I can not lie, the manager came out, she was so sweet, but I didnt want to talk, I was over it. I spend my life catering to people EVERYDAY! I know how to LISTEN, express my apologies and rectify the situation. I would NEVER make light of my clients frustration especially if I could not provide the service in full that they drove all the way to me for. There is only 2 Red Lobsters in my city and we drove to the more populated area thinking the food and experience would be better.

I have to give Kudos to the whole staff at this location! My husband and I were in there on Saturday night 12/3/16 and I lost my anniversary ring while I was in the restaurant. After I got home and still could not find it, I called the manager and she said that they would look for it. I never expected to see my ring again but at 11 PM that night she called me and said that they found it! She said she would put it in the safe and I could come get it the next day. Thank you Thank you to the whole staff for being awesome and honest. You dont know how many people in this world would have just found my ring and put it in their pocket.

Yes the food may be frozen. I think the thing to remember is you are getting a good valued meal that most can afford that is typically quite tasty without paying the additional mark up of the expense of FRESH FISH being brought in each day. And the additional mark up of having a CHEF that has already made a name for himself at high brow restaurants. All in all it is an affordable, tasty meal out for most. And times I have been in, the servers have been attentive and extremely pleasant.

I went to the many locations of red lobster near Birmingham,AL. I have many children and spend lots of money. Each location sent a manager to my table because they thought I couldnt afford the check. The managers piss me off when they try to get me to order cheaper deals. It confuses us especially because we order the same thing every visit. Its insulting. 100$ is just paper. If a person cant get their hands on just ONE 100$ bill they need to start praying to God more often.

Waitress was very nice however I went to use the bathroom but there was no soap to wash my hands. I told the waitress who told the manager. I waited for a few minutes then went back so that I could properly wash my hands. Well what do you know...still no soap. So I wait and wait and still no soap. Finally I just gave up and left. There were people in and out of the restroom using it and not washing their hands with soap. Thats disgusting.

My daughter and I decided to go and eat at your location today! 4th of July.The experience wasnt that great. Our server forgot to bring us our drinks and we waited on our food for at least 45 mins and the place was not busy at all. She also forgot to bring us the biscuits they normally give. To be honest the service was no good. Im a server and would never let my table wait that long without telling them something. Wont be back.

Slow service, my mojito was full to the brim with ice, they tried to charge me for the replacement, ordered a water instead. Asked if I wanted lemon and then didnt bring me the lemon. Salad was limp, biscuits were not even close to bona fide red lobster biscuits. Cold spots in the shrimp, salmon came out partially raw. At this point I am only wondering how sick I will be.
