I went in for lunch at noon. Just me. I knew what I wanted before the waitress came to my table 2 minutes later. I ordered a salad with shrimp and a water. 12 minutes later my water FINALLY came. Another 15 minutes and my salad arrived with chicken on it. I simply put the chicken to the side since the waitress already disappeared again. When she came to check on me about 5 minutes later she asked if I didnt want the Chicken. No, I ordered shrimp. "Oh, thats right, my bad." By the time the shrimp arrived another 10 minutes into my salad, I was already done. I had to ask the manager for a to go box. I took the freshly grilled shrimp and the mistake chicken and got out of there. The waitress was terrible. I have been to this location before at lunch on a weekend - no problems.

My husband and I ate at Red Lobster in Murfreesboro tonight. I had the crab cakes & crab-oscar salmon and my husband had the crab lovers dream. The food was delicious!! The staff was extremely courteous. Our waitress, Taylor, was attentive, fast, polite and had a great personality. My husband likes to aggravate waiters just for the fun of it and make them earn their tips, so as usual he was acting up. This time his actions brought us a visit from the manager, Sherry Lewis, who was wonderful! She was able to dig out all the crab meat from the shells for my husband! Now that is service!! And they were so nice about everything!! We will definitely be going back soon!!

My family and I went to dinner last night, we usually love Red Lobster. But the last two times we have been its terrible. Not the food its always good but the service was horrible. 20 mins to get our drinks, salads and bread came out after our dinner. I had the go to the bar to get a refill on drinks because our server didnt come back to our table until we were done eating. I dont know if we will ever go back and thats sad because again the food is always good. They need to train the servers better. Ive been a server for 20 years and Ive never experienced this kind of service before not once but now twice..

Called to place a to-go order and the guy on the phone had an attitude immediately (probably why he didnt give his name). Got there and what seemed like the WHOLE staff was just sitting around. I finally get my home and get my food to discover what looked like maybe a grape in my sour cream.... Ive only eaten here one other time and the service was OK but this was just absolutely ridiculous! Never going back there..... Youre better off making the trip to a different location because this one just isnt worth it.

My wife and I used to love it. Would go several times a month for years. However over the past two years Red Lobster ( especially this location) has been going down hill. Had King and Snow crab combo dinner tonight, $30 and got 5 Snow legs and 2 King. The king crab was horrible and both were dry. Its a shame used to be our favorite spit and this is most likely our last visit. Outback is right down the street from this location, great lobster and crab!

We dine here about once a month, which is something considering its a 40-mile drive from our home. Over more than 15 years, we have never had a problem. The food, service, and atmosphere have always been excellent. Of particular note is the atmosphere: quiet, comfortable, and generally pleasant. Service is always good, too. We look forward to another decade or two at this Red Lobster.

Went here tonight for date night. Took us forty-five minutes to get our food, and when it finally arrived half of it was cold. The manager took my food and our teas off the check. I guess thats compensation for the poorly prepared food, but definitely didnt make up the terrible experience. At twenty dollars a plate I expect more. I wont be back.

We went to dinner there on friday night and I was charged in my checking account 2 times 1 time was the right amount and that cleared my account on wednesday, but they are still holding an additional 50.00 out of my account and noone can seem to fix it...... we had great service and great food but why are you holding my money?????

When we walked to the hostess, she walked off with no acknowledgment. Our drinks had oil in them. They changed our waitress twice. Our food never came after 2 hours. So we left. The bartender told us he would take care of the bill. I wonder if our treatment might have something to do about the fact that were an interracial couple.

Absolutely the worst. Slow service to start, then, quite a while after we order they tell us they dont have what we ordered. We reorder another item, wait a very long time, and they come back and tell us they dont have that either. It is a completely disfunctional restaurant that i am sure will be out of business within the year.

I was given a giftcard so I thought why not? Well the menu, in my humble opinion, should be re-done. Why pay for a meal at a restaurant when I could heat up a frozen meal at home for 1/3 of the price that tastes better... The food is way below par! I wonder how this place stays open? hmmm

We eat here once every couple of months or so. They open at 11 AM on Saturdays & Sundays and we stop by right when they open to avoid the later lunch crowds. Service is friendly and quick. Food is always good. I love their Lobster Dip and anything on their menu with lobster or crab. Delish!

This will be the last time I go to Red Lobster. This is the third mediocre high priced dinner we have had from here. You can now taste their cost savings in every bite. I can go to Bone Fish pay about the same price and get a much better meal. I can see why Red Lobster is going under.

I give Red Lobster 5 stars,the staff is always friendly and fast,the food impeckable,could stand to expand a bit,takes time to be seated,but then I guess when you have good food at a good price its well worth the Wait Keep up the great job guys and galls.

This place is great! I quit eating here for several years, because the prices went up and proportions got smaller. Not the case today!!! This place has gone back to the old ways. I just had an incredible meal for a great price. Ill definitely be back.

Have you ever had salmon that was as dry as leftover thanksgiving turkey, or a lobster tail the size of the shrimp on your dates plate? If you want to pay premium price for such items this is the place for you. A damn disappointment.

This place is good. Red lobster had always been a little pricey, but its seafood so its understandable. But its very good. Servers are friendly and happy. They seem to be a little stingy with the biscuits, but thats it.

We love it the people are so nice we were there today on 2/18/2017 it was our anniversary and our meals were great and we were there on Valentines we are definitely coming back every Valentines day for dinner thank u
