An email I received made it seem like with the purchase of two lobsterfest entrees, I would get a free appetizer, dessert, and wine; which was not the case. I found out the hard way that this was not true, by going to red lobster on Valentines Day and seeing it was an additional $25 for this, which is not a good deal. I asked if there were any military dicounts after I complained about this and I was told there was no military discount. Then my grandmother asked if there was a senior discount and we were told there was no senior discount either. I decided to stay and pay $55 for food that was not very good and didnt fill me up. I felt very unappreciated and am disappointed to say that I may never return to red lobster again, especially since my mother worked at this exact red lobster about 20 years ago here in Bloomington, IN. The customer service is terrible. It feels like a customer last approach. Our server even acted like it was a big deal for him to give us a whopping 4 biscuits to take home; I know that my $55 was not making you much business when I cut into the biscuit fund. Geez...F-

AVOID! This place is an absolute joke. The food here is only out-shined by how terrible it is by the staff. This poor excuse for seafood and not to mention the "freshness" of the salads. The servers and managers here are less likely to be found than the Yeti. We got our salads and they were so limp and soft it was like they had been sitting out all day and when you try to say anything the help go on and on how they are made fresh to order, I call B.S! They are extremely rude and insensitive to the customers and speak at you in a very inappropriate manner. This wasnt the first less than pleasant experience here either. There are other places to get "seafood" and this is not one of them, but what do you expect its just a slight step up from getting a Filet-O-Fish!

We love the Red Lobster. Weve been going there since before they tore the place down to the ground and rebuilt it from scratch. Great idea, by the way! The food is great. The service is always very good. And the atmosphere quite pleasant. So why am I giving it 4 stars? 2 reasons. First, the steaks arent as good as they once were, in my opinion. No big deal, its not a steak place.. And second, it seems like when we go there with our (very well behaved teens) kids they tend to seat us in an area with a lot of small children and babies. More then once, this hasnt worked out so good for us, and once we asked to be moved. Still, great place. I highly recommend it.

For some reason, whenever my daughter gets to choose a restaurant for dinner, she chooses Red Lobster. So when in Bloomington for a show, thats where we went. As usual, the food was good, but not mindblowing. Except for the cheddar biscuits. Those things are worth the trip. On the whole, if youve been to one Red Lobster, youve pretty much seen them all.

Party of 5 (3 adults 2 kids under age 7) had 18% gratuity added to bill. Service was lacking. Steak was over cooked and salad looked to be sitting out all day. When I asked about the gratuity and stated the service tonight wasnt worth 18%, I was promptly told my server didnt make the rules. There was no attempt to correct the situation. Very poor service.

We come here once a month just to spoil ourselves. The staff is super friendly and will help fix any problem you might have. The food here is always good. I highly recommend the king crab legs! Dont let the price fool you! You are getting a huge chunk of meat for your money. The alcoholic drinks are hefty and worth the money. Enjoy!

The main hostess was a crab to me on Mothers Day (if shes a mom, maybe she shouldve had the day off?)...you need your best faces forward on a busy holiday! Also, my tip was changed (seen on my bank statement). It was in my favor, but you DONT adjust receipts! The food and service were good though.

Its your regular Red Lobster, so do not expect an extraordinary experience. It has good food, especially when there is a good promotion. Service there has always been very courteous, be that in the dining area or for takeout. I usually go there once every two months or so.

The food is great, but the salads are awful. They used to put a lot of toppings, but not anymore. The place is always super clean, including the booster seats and the baby changing table. Kudos for this!!! The managers and staff are professional.

Expensive, but a good experience overall. Our waiter was AWESOME! Our party of 6 ended up staying far later than we planned, having drinks and socializing with other tables. Very nice atmosphere, VERY clean. Always a good experience

This redlobster is nasty, not only is the service bad...You might get lucky enough to find a used band-aid in your salad. Yes a used band-aid, all nasty and what not was in our salad...Nasty, disgusting...Will never go here again

Its a nice place to get some sea-food. Their food is good and the tables are clean. I havent had a bad experience here. Waiters have usually be very attentive and helpful when navigating their pretty large menu.

The service was poor, we were a party of ten, seated at a table for six. I ordered king crab legs, served cold. I sent them back and the manager brought them back out toasted. What a waste of time and money.
