I searched for a Red lobster and made a special trip to come to this one because their reviews were the best. They definitly upheld their good reviews. Colleen, our server, kept our drink glasses full and was very nice. The food was phenomenal and the hostesses were very very nice. They showed concern for my mom who was still in a neck brace due to an accident and they wished her well in her recovery process. Just because a restaurant is affordable and a chain, doesnt mean you have to sacrifice service. Bravo to everyone. I was very impressed. Thank you.

I had the worst service ever. First of all I drove 30 minutes to come to this location. My service was horrible, the server(Paula) didnt want to take my table and she rushed us trying to get us to order fast. She was not helpful at all.My lobster tails were dry along with the crab legs. I sat in the back where the servers talked about how bad this place was and how the customers gave bad tips. I will never go back to this location. If you want to go to a Red Lobster go to the Castleton location. Also not once did I see the Manager.

We like this Red Lobster. They have good food and usually have good service. They can be a little inconsistent but nowadays most restaurants are inconsistent. I get the blackened tilapia and my wife gets shrimp. The butterflied coconut shrimp is to die for! We seem to get better service and better food when they are busiest because I guess everyone is at the top of their game when theyre busy. The only problem is you have to fight traffic on Rockville Road to get there otherwise its worth the wait. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I ate at this location last year directly after our wedding on our way to the airport. They came out to thank us for being so patient (they thought we had been waiting too long), and let us know the status of our order. When they heard that we were newlyweds, they told the manager, who came over to congratulate us and gave us our meal as a wedding gift "to get you started on the right foot". The staff was already incredibly friendly before they found out our news. Great place!

Service was very slow. The place was not busy which is unusual. My wife ordered the king crab legs. They were over cooked and tuff. I had the skewered shrimp and lobster tail with rice. The rice was cold and very tuff. The lobster was over cooked. Both my wife and I agreed the best part of the dinner was the asparagus. It was cooked to perfection. My wife and I used to be regular customers, but the quality of meals has diminished greatly over the years. We will not be returning.

Great place to go to. They have the best biscuts or rolls, and the best seafood in Avon. It is always crowded all the time, sometimes an hour wait, but we dont wait that long, and if it is that long, we unfortunately have to go to IHop next door, or another restaurant around. Excellent fish and crab legs. We might sometimes come here for dinner if we are going somewhere special in Indianapolis sometimes.

We were at your location a couple of week ago and the meal was very good. Last night we were back along with another couple. I ordered the dueling lobsters with the mac and cheese. This is what I ordered on my last visit. This time the mac and cheese wasnt up to the quality of before. The lobsters were very small and the green beans were loaded with oil. Just thought you would like to know.

Lovely spot with tasty yet predictable fare. The staff are friendly and attentive. The dining room is well appointed and cozy. Prices are a little high but the food is good. Best to steer clear entirely if youre allergic to gsrlic as it seems to permeate the entire establishment.

No, utensils on table, old salad, dirty floors. Wait time longer than 20 minutes at a non high peak time. Unacceptable. Red lobster must not allow its restaurants to operate at such poor level.

Had to add $.99 for a salad (just started last week) and a cola w as $2.50....so lunch cost me $13 on the lunch menu.......way too expensive e for lunch. Food was greater though.
