Service at Red Lobster today was extremely unprofessional. Our party of 9 all orderecthe endless shrimp. Our waitress was completely unorganized and rude st times. She mistakenly brought the wrong sell it to the table and ended up just sitting there saying someone can eat it. Then she plays a picture of tea on the table and brought a plastic cup the with raspberry grenadine for us to make our own raspberry tea. Before we could order our second round of shrimp she decided to start bringing trays of shrimp and passing it out to those who would take it. We ended up having a table full of shrimp scampi that no one wanted. I ordered the Korean shrimp and when she brought it to the table she offered it someone else. When she realized that I was the one who actually ordered the Korean shrimp she simply took two skewers off the plate and put it on another plate and set it down in front of me. At one point one of the drink menus were in the way so she removed it from the table by throwing it about five feet over to another table. Her actions were completely erratic and unprofessional. Also some of the shrimp taste good like they were freezer burned or left uncovered in the refrigerator. Gross. When we notified the manager of the bad service and mediocre food he did not offer any discounts or anything else to rectify them comfortable dining experience. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Took my family here twice and will never go again. Food and service was terrible both times. Salad was ok, but anyone can throw a salad together. This time was my daughters birthday and waitress was trying to hurry us the whole time even though there were plenty of tables available everywhere we looked. We are confident she was on something; speedy. When I picked up my coke to take a drink she would reach in and try to take my dang coaster away. Trying to bus our table with us sitting there eating, WOW!! She also took my salad before I was done with it, reached in to take my wifes dessert plate before she was done and my wife said go ahead because her hand was already there; wife was on the inside of booth. Everytime she came to our table she had to say something and interrupt our conversation. I would understand if she was checking to see if we needed anything, but she did that ENOUGH as well. My steak had no seasoning whatsoever (never touched a peppercorn in its life LOL!!). I could go on and on. Our first visit was very similar but thought wed give them another chance. I will sum RL on Shadeland up by saying...GROSS!!

Very disappointed. Walk in and wait 4 minutes to be sat. Sit down in a section that had 5 dirty tables, with flies surrounding the food and drinks on the tables. Our server comes about 5 minutes after we were sat (very nice gentleman). I get the 4 course meal , and my soup was cold in the middle (not happy). I push my empty salad bowl and full soup to the side and then had flies surrounding it. (Tables are still not cleaned after 30 minutes of being here) the entrees were good, the rest of the experience wasnt that great. There were two employees that took 1 table away, cleaned it and left the rest dirty still. After being here for 45 minutes (right before we were about to leave, the staff finally cleaned the the tables. I will not come back to this location, due to the cleanliness not being up kept, and the food not being done correctly. (I do have pictures as well)

It was not to good this time I go all the time but this time we got in and had to wait a half hour to 45 mins for a waitress, At this time a waitress was serving other tables stop to help us and she got the manager at ask 3 questions and walked away the guy that was serving the tables by us looked but never came over and ask was we ready to order Ms Boston was her name she help us and did her own tables to i have never had a problem like that it was like they was not ready for the shrimp special this weekend and other tables was complaining to 3 other tables the 1 star is to much but I had to have 1 there.

Went on Sunday with my husband and both parents, we waited 45min for biscuits, 20min for our drinks to be filled and out waitress disappeared. So the manager on duty start trying to help out and the a lady from the bar came. And took over mean while our current waitress was doing other tables and didnt come back to our table. However it gets worse around 11pm starting off with my self. We all start getting sweaty and stomach cramps. What a surprise all four of us had symptoms of food poisoning. Which as I write this review Im still in pain trying to recovery. Worst experience ever

Ok.....So Ive been coming to one of "Our favorite" places for years. We over the years have had a few times that things werent quite right, but still very good. But I have to say......this time I am SOOOOOO disappointed. We waited 45 mins to get a seat. We waited 20 mins to get Drinks, after we got our salad and was finished with them. 1 hour and 15 mins after waiting for our food, the scampi (not done)the fried shrimp (that I did not order) were cold and the baked potato was cold and broken apart.....asked for extra butter and sour cream, and it came with barely a potato!

Our waitress was awesome. She was very chearful and gave us great service. The food was cold and tasteless. The crab legs were small and watery as they have been in the past. I hadnt been there in 3 plus years because of the watery crab legs thinking maybe they may have got a new cook or something , we tried it again. Got the same cold watery crab legs. My lobster tail was cold, even the rolls were cold. Every part of both mine and my daughters meals were cold. Dont feel I will be going back to this particular Red Lobster if any.

I typically choose not to dine in at red lobster simply because I dont have the time usually. Up until these last couple months the carry out time have grown larger and larger. Finally it has gotten too much for me to continue coming to this location. When the management team sets new processes up to move food out the door with quality and speed, at that time I will return. Also, when you call in at they tell you 30-45 minutes. Always wait an extra 30 minutes minimum!! Sorry for the bad review but you guys earned it.

First time here. Me and family were greeted at the door. There was a 15 minute wait but we maybe waited no longer than 5 minutes. Table was very clean they bought me a booster chair right away for my youngest. The staff was very friendly and we got drinks taken and received them right away. Our food was correct no errors. It was delicious and my family enjoyed it. I do recommend this restaurant. I will be a returning customer.

Staff was great and the strip steak was terrific. The rock lobster was first under cooked then came back still under cooked and like rubber. The cook we were told had just switched to a cook. She needs more training please. Waitress replaced those with Maine lobster boiled and perfect. Thank You again Ariona for saving the date night for us! But this is highly unusual, its usually a great experience here.
