Suellen that works third shift waited until a father of three kids went to the restroom and was very rude to the three children. Instead of politely saying that a section was closed off she yelled across the resturant that there are plenty of other tables available. ( keep in mind these children all under twelve were so embarrassed and scared they sat at the first table they saw and put their heads down. When the father came out she acted as if nothing had happened. They advertise as kid friendly. I asked her and she blamed it on a long night and working two jobs. Im sorry for your career choices suellen but those innocent children did nothing to deserve that. You dont know what kind of day they have had either. If your not happy with your job then quit.

Friendly service by Sue Ellen as far as the above post about the children I really hope the whole story was told she seems like a sweet lady .....sometimes children misbehaving while there dad is in the restroom would use to call for a good scalding or at least attempt to try to make them behave even a stranger, I believe this is what possibly happened not saying its right but kids out of hand are everywhere now days and its because the parents dont make there children mind because they dont take the time .....so maybe Im right or wrong but she seemed really nice to us and everyone has a bad day......

My boyfriend and I went there for breakfast one day. We did have to wait a while, but the people there did a really good job with our food and they are super friendly. Highly recommended if you are in the Ashville area.

Horrible service. Waited almost an hour on our food. Place was empty and the cook quit while we were waiting. Dining area was dirty. Once we got our food, it was ok, but 1 star for the overall experience.

Waiter was friendly. Mop bucket sitting in middle of floor, no caution sign. Multiple dirty wet rags on counter top seating area. Crumbs in seats.

The coffee is good, the food is good. New management, it is cleaner, the music is better, the employees are cleaner, the restaurant is cleaner.
